Brilliant place for the price. The location is also amazing! This was the perfect place to stay! The food was INCREDIBLE!!!!! We ate SO MUCH!!!!!!!!! The staff also recommended some nonsense to us which was really kind!

The staffs are nice. The food is great especially the dinner course. We enjoyed the fun time grilling the fish and tofu. The outdoor family onsen is great and hotel location is superb!

Only minor thing is that the elevator was out of service when we need to check-out.

It's a small ryokan., with the basic facilities. the place was small, hence not much crowd and we managed to book the private outdoor onsen and it was snowing that day, awesome experience to enjoy the onsen while it's snowing. Dinner was great and well worth the package price. Staffs were very helpful and has good service.

A small ryokan, there's not much space to 'hang around'. Room is quite basic, simple setting. Might seem a little old. Overall very clean and well maintained.

The location is very good The public onsen is very nice The staff is very nice and speak English very good.

The water tap here is an old style so cannot adjust the temperature of the tap water well.
