The location is next to JR Namba station, walkable distance. I was able to get all my queries answered before checkin. And apartment is clean. They have baggage storage option and instructions are easy to follow for self storage and self checkin/checkout. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it for anyone travelling with family.

Owner was super friendly and very thoughtful. Station and Dotonbori within easy walking distance. Had a great time!

Elevator's a bit small but was able to fit five people with four big luggage. So it still works out.

Namba Station VS JR Namba Station Quite far to walk from Namba Station (if you are taking Nankai Train direct from Kansai Airport) for first time tourist to Japan like us with lots of luggages 😬 to carry with 3 children some facilities in the room need to be on frequent maintenance no bidet as advertised in the facilities 😅 need to complain to get few things to be checked or repaired (ie: door lock, bathroom, toilet) Not sure about heater in the room - quite cold in the apartment (forgot to ask during our stay)

The pictures showing us how to get to the property were fantastic! The option to drop off our bags ahead of time was much appreciated so we didnt have to haul them around. Location is perfect distance from the train station and we loved EVERYTHING about this property!

In the photos there was a sitting area with TV. When we entered the place was small and narrow with 2 BR. There were 5 adults in our group. We requested for coffee cups and glasses because there were only 2 of each but they never came
