Ona at the desk is a sweetheart. She is a great guide to restaurants and especially terrific at recommending hikes to the more remote beaches.

Location in the old city, walking distance to all places of interests. Parking is just a few blocks away (white zones are for free). Clean room with everything you need, nice body care products. Very friendly staff, give a lot of tips and quickly respond to requests. Thank you guys!

Old building without elevator and you have to climb narrow staircase up. It is especially inconvenient with luggage.

The location was great - very close to the city center in Ciutadella

We could hear a lot of noise from our room. In addition, the first night someone tried to break into our room four times and when we told the person in the reception the next day he did not take any type of responsability, nor gave us an explanation or an apology. Later we read the opinions of the hotel on Google maps and realised that many people had had issues with the people managing the hotel.

The rooms are very trendy, beautifully decorated and modern. Location is in the nice center of Ciutadella. Complimentary water bottles.

Mainly details. We were at the low season which might explain why the reception is not open often and no breakfast possible. We do receive a code to enter the hotel. We did find a nice place for breakfast which was called "Nibs Healthy bar". The receptionist was very nice but lacked experience and answers on our practical questions for our visit. There is coffee, a water kettle but no tea at the reception. The bathroom is lacking some hooks to dry the small towels. We found the sushi restaurant in town was a very good surprise.

The location was perfect and the hotel itself is beautiful, all the details are perfect. The communal área is very relaxing and free water and coffee. Also clean towels and bath-robes which I love! Great extra. The bath in the bedroom was soo beautiful, absolutley chic decor.

Not necessarily a bad thing but lots of stairs, which gives the hotel character.
