The place is decorated it nicely, the check in is simple and fuss free. A whatsapp message arrived in the morning of arrival to coordinate check in which was responded to rapidly and with useful info and a friendly demeanor. It has most of the basic things you need.

It is not 4 star. For several reasons. They stated that the swimming pool was all year round - when we arrived it was covered over and not in use. When they finally opened it two days later it was a cold pool not a jacuzzi as stated in the description. When we looked back to check this on booking.com, they had removed the description 'jacuzzi' from the listing. This made me think they were trying to market the place as slightly different to what you actually receive. To be honest, i dont really think the price matches the quality. Also you can hear EVERYTHING. some guests arrived at 4am and were very loud for a full hour, we heard it all. No slippers or dressing gown. No iron. A coffee machine with a few coffee pods available, although not refilled on the second day. The safe was impossible to work. Very little infomation about the hotel was given upon arrival, it does not have a manned reception. I wouldnt stay here again, i think that hotel owners should have more integrity when listing their hotels and be honest about the services they offer.

Room was smaller than expected

Location was great, but difficult to locate because there is no obvious signage outside. The staff were very helpful and obliging, with our request for an early check in. There is also a small pool and deck chairs so if you have a late flight like we did there is a nice area to relax while you wait

The wifi was a bit poor once you left the room.

Lack of parking

Good location for the money, all of the scenic locations are easy to reach by food, although it’s not spot on in the center. The room was stylish and very quiet, overall a pleasant stay.

The outdoor pool scent was noticeable in the room

Very cute and comfortable accommodation close to the old town (10 minutes walking distance). Friendly and kind staff.

Our room was the one closest to the common area where you can make some coffee etc. so you could hear the noise from outside early in the morning if people were a bit loud

The location is very well situated in Cuitadella - you can experience the city center in only a few minutes and it's gorgeous. You can also directly drive to the main beaches around and enjoy the island from North to South including West to East. You can also enjoy a large shower and a little pool right in the accommodation.

Not a lot of things - it was really a great trip to Minorca and stay at Llonga's 11th. Maybe just some soap in the room to avoid using the cool shampoo as a soap :)
