Beautiful grounds, large room, good location

Great room and facilities, loved the pool and very central.

Fabulous accommodation with great location. Staff were just wonderful. We have travelled the world and stayed in many many hotels; this might just be the best. Highly recommended.

it was an oasis tucked into a big city. the rooms were spacious , the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. the roof top bar overlooking the palace was breathtaking. it was the highlight of our stay in Cambodia.

Definitely, the staff. Our flight was delayed few hours and we arrived in the middle of night, being received by an unfriendly receptionist. He charged our card, answering that all expenses are included (the transportation from the airport), but 30 min later, at 3 am, he called our room telling that he actually forgot the charge the transportation!! in the middle of the night! the staff from breakfast restaurant was also inattentive!

Pool was very nice. Sky bar has an excellent view of the palace; was very windy so it could get a bit uncomfortable while you're eating around 8pm. Nice happy hour cocktails by the pool All staff was very nice & helpful. Front office staff helped to get some engineering tape to repair my main luggage: ripped from my transport from Kampot in a mini van

Nothing that we don't like. Just some improvements in some areas. We requested for a room with a view. Was given a room that was facing the roof & top floor of the restaurant. Our balcony overlook the breakfast spread. Some parts of the hotel areas looks tired & needed some refurbishment. We went for a couple's massage. My partner had a good & experience therapist whilst I did not. I needed my masseur to work on certain areas but I felt like she wasn't quite sure what she was doing. While settling our bill, we found out that my therapist was very new.

Location excellent. Facilities wonderful. Restaurant food was excellent.

Front desk staff, security, Tuk Tuk drivers were excellent and on par with the service level we’ve experienced so far in Cambodia. The Sky Bar view great but the poor service spoiled the moment. I brushed off as a one time incident. But also had to chase down a person to order at the pool since the pool bar was also understaffed. Then there was a mix up about paying the pool tab. We paid at the restaurant but front desk thought we didn’t pay. All was quickly sorted and luckily I had the receipt. It was all just a bit off and possibly due to new staff and still being short staffed. We stayed at cheaper hotels on this trip and the service was beyond excellent. I would have expected the same or better at this luxury hotel. Would I stay again? Maybe. Can’t beat the location and facilities. But I would shop around first based on the service received. Hopefully this experience is temporary as staffing gets back to normal after the pandemic.

The staff make this place, they are charming and professional. The restaurant is also superb. The food is excellent and very good value. The location is very convenient for the big tourist sights. It is a true boutique hotel.

The room are good. Clean and large rather than hyper luxurious. Some have superb views of the silver pagoda.

Great location opposite the entrance to the Royal Palace, and a 5 minute walk to the riverfront. Staff very friendly. Rooms are well appointed and the bed is extremely comfortable. Happy hour in the Pool Bar (3-5pm) and the Sky Bar (5-7pm) makes cocktails very affordable!

Wifi was patchy - weak signal and often dropped out. Became quite frustrating.

Expected a little more for the price. You can tell this hotel has been standing for some time now. The definite upsides are the hotel's pool, breakfast, and location - which are all fantastic. It's nice to have a few pillow options to choose from in the room.

The staff seemed disorganized. Despite extending our checkout till 2 pm, they deactivated our room key an hour earlier. At lunch, they added items to our bill which were never ordered. Only one lift was in order and if things were busy, you had to wait a few minutes before you could get to your floor

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and you get a peaceful feeling the moment you step into the reception area. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Great location for visiting the Royal Palace and walking distance to interesting areas. Beds are super comfy.
