Having to leave and return home

We were greeted by out host Roula and her brother on arrival to give us a tour of the unit and recommendations for places to visit in Chania - they could not have been more friendly/accommodating. The villa was modern, clean, expansive and quiet. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and cooking meals onsite. The location was good with about 10-15 minute drive to Old town Chania. Thanks for a great stay!

The Air Conditioning was a bit weak in the bedrooms but it was unusually hot outside during our stay.

The home is in a complex of four villas - luxury villas - with a sea view. It is really a luxurious place - all the details are worked out - monograms on towels and bed sheets, etc. The owner lady cares a lot about the place and is very nice. The home is equipped with anything you can imagine and need, the swimming pool, too - cots, umbrellas, breakfast tables, etc. There is a cleaning lady that comes every few days to keep the place tidy. When getting there, the last few blocks to get to the home lead through narrow streets, the neighborhood is more quiet, but there is a walking distance grocery store and a few restaurants with sea view. Easy access to the highway is a bigger plus.

What we didn't like? that we had to leave!

The house is beautiful even better than the pictures! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and the pool is lovely, perfect spot for sundowners. It's really well equipped so you can cook meals which came in handy with a toddler. There was even a BBQ and the hosts provided charcoal, starters, tongs basically the whole kit. Excellent location, close to town and a great base to discover Chania. Quiet neighbourhood yet a short walk away from restaurants. The hosts are wonderful and super helpful they go above and beyond to answer questions and provide local knowledge. They are always a phone call away if you need anything.
