we stayed 3 nights and the staff did not exchange towels and did not clean the shower. the did wash the floor and clean toilet

Perfekt location at the beach in the town. The best beds in Crete .The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing dinner and breakfast. I recommend the Sfakia- breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Livikon! It was the perfect starting point for our hiking tours! Parking space nearby, the port is right next to the hotel, too (which makes it easy to catch the ferry), you'll also find several small supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy next to the hotel. The hotel is very pretty (obviously recently renovated), the room is spacious and well equiped, the bed is very comfortable, very nice bathroom, from the balkony we had a beautiful view on the sea! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Livikon are very tasty and relaxing (terrace right next to the sea)! The staff is friendly and welcoming - you'll love it!

Bright clean room with lovely balcony and view of sea. Very comfy big bed and good linen. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

Could have had tea and coffee making facilities. Shower occasionally leaked.

There wasn’t any tea pot or coffee pot to make hot tea. No bottles of water or glasses in room. Everything else was good.

The room had a really great look over the bay of Chora Sfakion. The hotel has also a family-owned restaurant that serves great food for the money.

In the night there has been a double power failure in the room (and parts of the hotel) which caused the air conditioning to stop. So we got awake twice in order to restart the a/c
