Quiet area, close to the train station and the accommodation is very spacious and fully equipped. The owner was very friendly. This accommodation is highly recommended!

Good internet. The owner living next door has good manners: he removed his shoes in the clean flat, which is rare. Space: Lots of place (one big single room / loft). Bed is very good. No need for deposit, which is also rare in France!

No private parking: parking in the street with broken glass (from a previous car) on the sidewalk. Noisy in the evening evening (music/TV from owner due to very slim walls between appartments). Main view on a terrasse used to fix things or store old belongings.

Accommodation as described. The owner is nice and very welcoming. No problems. The location close to the train station. I recommend. The next time we're in Paris, we'll use it again.

Apartment was spacious, well equipped, and clean, a bit fancy also. Owner was very friendly, and easy to communicate with. Communication worked well in English (I don't know any French). After this experience, I would surely come again. Location was good, about 500 meters to shop and train station, bus stop in front of the house. Peaceful private house.

Mr. Joe was so friendly, he arranged the ingredients for a good breakfast on Saturday, as we arrived Fridayevening late. And he did not forget our two small children. The location is very good. The room was very comfortable and has everything that you need. Thanks Joe!

Very friendly host, spacious apartment, clean with everything you may need (plates, glasses, f forks etc). Very nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect

Property is well equipped however, no dish washer in the apartment. Apartment was provided on time and neat and clean. 😀Owner was nice however,he just speak very very little English. Checkout was at sharp 12pm.😟

Property is remotely located, approx 15 minutes walk from Messy Central Station. Property was missing a dishwasher which is a basic requirement of every apartment.
