A very good location near the Lavapies metro. Very easy to find.
Initially, we had a keyless entry for the lobby and the apartment but when that didn’t work the owner was able to get us a key immediately. I liked everything about the property.

We loved the app to open both the street door and the apartment door. The apartment was small but a perfect size for a night or two. And right in the heart of Lavapies, a great multicultural neighborhood in the center of Madrid.

The property was very clean and very well equipped. Close to a metro station (just downstairs across the street), but most places were still available on foot with a 10 minute walk. The host was extremely helpful! I can highly recommend it!

Owner gave us an orientation. She had city and subway maps and information on museums. Also had coffee, milk and goodies. Everything was very clean and in great working order.
I missed the line about having to put down a 150€ cash deposit. She emailed me to bring it to my attention. This is the first time that any booking property required a deposit. It was returned immediately upon check out.
