Good location , there are so many restaurant and same building below have mall also its good.

Balcony not liked, there is no use for balcony.

it’s a prime location, close to MRT station

Take a time to clean and tidy the unit so that to mitigate and to be free from cockroaches, that’s really disappointing

- Accessibility to the places we need to visit - Very responsive owner - secure place

- Small cockroaches - will need pest control - waiting time for checkin and checkout - shower head needs fixing - wash room light bulb needs fixing, too - Kitchen utensils needs replacement - Rice cooker and water heater needs replacement - wall clock not working - we bought new batteries but the slot is corroded with rust - wash room emits foul smell (which seems to be normal in smdc condo) the location and condo is good but would have been better if the unit is well maintained.

very helpful and accommodating owner and staff. did assist us all throughout our stay in the property. ❤️
