It was very close to my event and a lot of restaurants nearby

The utensils inside the room were dirty. No toiletries. They don’t allow late check out even just for an hour. They were hard to call, it took time for them to answer.

There are BIG COCKROACHES in the room.
First time experience in a hotel WITHOUT PROVIDED towel, soap, tooth paste, and there is no telephone in case you need something. Bed foam is so dirty and there is no proper bed cover/sheet. There is electric kettle but there is no mug or glass or even complimentary water. Smell is not good. In description, it says there is a parking space but there is none! Reception/Lobby area is so hot (No aircon). When Im about to checkout, no one is in the reception area. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. WORST STAY ever.
