The quality of service and cleanliness and amenities. It is close to everything and the price is reasonable.

They allowed us to checkin early. The staff is so helpful and accomodating.

The aircon is a bit noisy.

The place is convenient as it sits directly beside a mall. Kid friendly as the condo has a playground and the unit has kids.channels too.

The washing machine does not have a proper drainage to avoid flooding when using it.

right beside a mall. not a big mall but it has all the basic to make your vacation convenient( restaurants and supermarket, etc.) and it is also adjacent to mrt station...The pool on the 8th floor is so big and there is a playground for kids and a park like design good for chilling

slow elevator, small lobby considering it caters to 3 towers

The pool was unavailable and they did not tell us even after we asked about how to access it.
