内装も綺麗で家族で快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方もとても丁寧で良かったです。

事前に駐車場の相談をメールで送信していましたが、返信はありませんでした。当日、駐車場探しで困りました。何度も電話しても通じなく、通じる電話番号を教えて欲しかったです。

Nice location in Gion district with a very local and cozy feel - plenty of restaurants. Close to park and easy access to buses and trains. Ok facilities in room to prepare breakfast.

朝起きた時、キッチンに行くと排水口の匂いですかねー臭かったです。

The location is amazing! It's quiet which we appreciate very much after a long day of traveling yet walking distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions. There's a railway/subway station on both ends so it's convenient to get to anywhere you need to be (be prepared for a lot of walking though and bring good shoes). The room is very clean and has all the amenities you required. And the staff went above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

The bed is a little stiffed but I feel this is common in Japan (at least in a few of the hotels we stayed at).

Gion Hanna was a perfect choice for a spacious apartment-style hotel in a great location. Train lines or buses to all major tourist sites were very close by. The hotel was quiet, clean and safe. The double bed room on the 5th floor had high ceilings, a convenient kitchen and washing machine and great wifi.

Well equipped room and really spacious. Kitchenette had everything you need including a Nespresso coffee machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful with a lot of good recommendations.

The room was a bit noisy as it was heading to the street.
