The position of the apartment is great just on the southern edge of the CBD. It is very comfortable with a good bed, a sofa which can fit 3 and a dining table for 4. We wanted a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen so we did not disturbed each other when getting up early or going to bed late, and this work very well for us.

A few more kitchen implements are needed, like a spatula to use with the frying pan and scissors. The bathroom is starting to look a little tired (scuffed walls and discolored grout).

Apartment was very clean and access was easy, especially with the car space. Close to tram stops too which is a bonus. Located in the CBD but not too close to very busy areas, which was nice and peaceful. Apartment building has many good facilities such as pool and gym.

Blinds in lounge didn't go up and one missing altogether! Bedroom blind on roller wrong and let light in from across street!! No information about pool location....had to ask!! Note mention taking care of rubbish at departure but where are the bins????

There wasn’t any cleaning tools, like a broom. I had to follow up with staff about this and to find out where the pool, gym and laundry were but they were very helpful and accommodating.

The host was fantastic.

None of the tv remotes worked, no batteries in one

Location - IGA just around the corner. Neat, clean kitchen.

Instructions were not clear for check in. Information on the unit was not easily accessible ie wifi password, how to access the pool and the dishwasher and washing machine instructions. The washing machine only had hot water piped. It is very hot in the afternoon due to floor-to-ceiling windows facing west and there is no a/c direct to the bedroom.

very limited supply. we ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare. we also needed to buy our own rubbish bags.

Everything was perfect! Great accommodation!

The space and view from the balcony. Location is great too with easy access to whereever we wanted to go.

The garage door was temperamental. Most of the time it worked but a couple of times it would not open when exiting and crucially it wouldn't open when we were trying to depart after checking out. We had to wait a few minutes until someone opened the garage door from outside.
