the hotel location was really nice. Near to LRT just take 5mins by walking from the hotel

The toilet was not cleaned properly. Found wet hair in the toilet before even using the toilet. Parking is almost impossible.

The building itself is old. Can see cracks in wall and peeling wall paint. Bad lift upkeep with exposed circuits. Not so clean.
