Comfortable beds though rooms could have been bigger

Felt claustrophobic in the room and wi fi issues

The food. But the chef made sure the issue was sorted. Did not except poor quality from an ITC hotel

cleanliness, location, food, comfort everything was on point !

we were not there in the room, and inspite of saying no the cleaner entered the room without our permission to clean. upon complaining , the higher authority said it’s our fault without proper investigation. it was an unfortunate event but the process is a weak link here. would recommend to work over it. rest everything is great!
