Convenient location. Clean. Quiet. Walking distance to local attractions

I do not see in the listing where this would be on the third floor. I would have booked a different unit as one in our party is handicapped and had difficulty with it. The dumpster is on the end of the property so taking the trash up and down was exhausting and when you finally got to it, it was overflowing. The pullout couch “mattress” is horrible. We ended up making a pallet directly on the floor due to the springs poking into the girls. We tried using the stove but when you open the door it would scratch the front of the washing machine and we did not want to damage it. Very frustrating to find out after toting groceries up the stairs. The bedroom closes to the bathroom , the metal frame sticks out in the corner near the window, I found this out by cutting my shin on it.

We absolutely loved this place! Location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. Condo was clean and spacious! We'll definitely be staying her again.

Not a big deal but but parking wasn't included in the price of the stay.

Check in and check out was seamless. There was also plenty of parking. Very close to the beach and restaurants including the Hangout.

There is some construction on the property which was noisy at times.

Everything was great! The only bad was couldn't check in until 3pm and had to check out at 10am. Wish we could have had more time for the price!
