The pool hot tub and suite were great

Our wifi wasn’t working but the staff came to reset pretty quickly

The unit is clean and there are stocks with coffee, creamer and cooking spices in there

There are few things 1. When I booked the unit, it said it was a king bed but actually it was a queen bed. Luckily there was sofa bed so I could use it. 2. It said the unit has ac, but its a portable and master bedroom only. However it’s loud when it turned on 3. The bathroom faucet ran slow and we just used the one in the bedroom side. I let the manager knew.

Unit included essentials in kitchen. Extra pull out in the bedroom.

No king bed as per advertisement. Window AC in bedroom, not substantial for cooling Living room and kitchen. Booked three nights with three women and got two tiny bars of soap, 2.5 small rolls of TP and 3 facecloths. Called for more of these supplies and was questioned via two different phone calls. Did we look,, the owner said there was sufficient T.P. Finally said to the property manager staff that I understood it was not his problem and I would purchase it myself. Poor customer service! For this reason I would not rent this unit again. Then I receive a message saying don’t leave a bad review after all of this! The message explained a 7 was not good enough and poor ratings hurt them. Well then step up and improve your customer service. Dust bunnies in corners, bedding not folded, just dumped in closet. Towels piled under sinks with little organization. Attention to details is lacking. The TV is a bundle of cords and challenging to have it work properly. The pool needed cleaning first day and was better 2nd day.

Hottub and pool were amazing, room was spacious and clean. All you need for a weekend getaway and away from city noises

Expensive. Cleaning fee cost more than the room rental.

The apartment itself was fine once you actually got in

Access was with a code. The bus from Vancouver took us all the way to the door of Marquis, up past Blackcomb upper village, charging extra for the favour. We rang the front desk to get the code but they insisted we present ourselves there at the desk all the way back in the village, without explaining why. They wanted a deposit, which could easily have been organised well in advance. Also the front desk was hard to find. So two extra bus trips and we had to leave luggage in an exposed place for a long time. All unnecessary and quite unusual, such a lack of trust. And then when we got back to the apartment the code did not work.

The apartment was well equipped for self catering, clean and tidy, and fit four people comfortably!
