Nous venons à Mammoth depuis 18 ans et avons finalement acheté notre propre maison. C'est un endroit incroyable, à la fois en hiver et en été, et nous savons que vous passerez un bon moment.

Everything was as the listing said and the location was central to the city. There are plenty of heaters but ended up not using any of them; the place stayed warm day and night. After Labor Day is the best time to visit. I brought my kayak and wasn't unusual to be the only person on twin lakes and plenty of parking everywhere.

We loved our stay at this Big Wood Condo! The directions were great, and the location is perfect, close to the Village. The condo is clean and well equipped, and even though there were just two of us, it would be perfect for a larger group. The hosts are communicative and responsive. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property was great and slept five adults easily with room to spare. Awesome communication with the owner and a great place to stay for a ski trip.

I will say Mother Nature played a part in us having a great vacation with 4 feet dumped two days before we arrived and another 3.5 feet scattered over the days we were there. With that being said, we had no issues with maneuvering through the area. The owners had someone shovel the area prior to the arrival to make it easier and safer for us to move. We paid it forward and shoveled around the garage and the walkway before leaving. The condo is close to everything, weather permitting you could walk to the village but we drove and most locations were 10 minutes or less. The condo driveways and roads within the complex were well maintained.
The owner communicated months out throughout the trip, providing resources for the type of vacation you are looking for. The open two-way communication was beneficial, especially when trying to figure out road closures due to weather. I would definitely recommend this unit and the owners.

Great features, location, and pricing
Well, my sons and I, we caught no fish on this trip, but that's not an issue related to our rental. This is our second time in three years staying in this unit, so that should be a clue as to how we like it. Very clean and well equipped unit. We had everything we needed.

Perfect Spot!
This was the perfect spot for our family for a quick ski trip up to Mammoth. It was cozy and had everything we needed! The best part is the fully stocked wood-burning fire place. It made our trip so special.

We had a great stay. We were close to the eagle lifts and the kids enjoyed the hot tub after all day on the cold mountain.

Kelly was very communicative prior to our arrival and was very helpful keeping us apprised of the changing weather conditions. The unit was in great condition and the location was exactly what we wanted.

Cozy 1BR w Large Loft, Close to Village
Our group of 3 adults and 3 kids spent Labor Day weekend. We found the place cozy and intimate but comfortable. Upstairs loft has a good bed configuration (many beds) although it's not really a separate room but a loft overlooking the living space and up a winding staircase. The condo was well appointed with a darker, industrial motif. It was a bit dark, even in bright summer days; no real vista. Great showers. The garage downstairs was appreciated; the car charger is just a standard 110v outlet. Host was excellent with communication and directions. Overall, it fit our long-weekend needs.

Would absolutely stay here again! We were a family with kids ranging in age from 12-21, and everyone really enjoyed the condo and the town. The place was clean and inviting, with everything we needed. The host's communication was fantastic -- very thorough, clear and timely. Whenever we had a question, the response was quick and friendly.

Just one minor thing - we checked in after the sunset and it was little hard to find the condo because google map showed the property nearly 1 block away; Kelley shared all the instructions on how to get to the condo but since it was dark, it was not easy to see the boards/signs and follow the instructions easily..

Sweet Spot!
Been coming to Mammoth for years to snowboard, stayed in lots of places but this one was the best so far. Finally found our sweet spot. A group of singles and couples-cozy fireplace (didn't mind that was main source of heat cos it adds to the vibe) and the decor is rad. Will be coming back again.

We found our go to spot. Great internet speed. Garage super handy. So perfect for a family with adult kids and their friends. Love the decor, the view from the deck of the mountains. Host is wonderful and very informative. Very clear with all the info we need about the condo complex rules, about the fun stuff to do, where to eat.

Short Getaway
We booked last minute for Thanksgiving and couldn’t have been happier with our pick. The property manager was very easy to work with and had an abundant amount of information. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will be back again.

Modern Comfort
My husband and another couple chose Kelley’s condo because for a reasonable price it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which allowed for a separateness of couples during this time of social distancing worry. The bathrooms were updated and showers were strong. Our bed in the downstairs master was quite comfy. Although there was no AC (as with most Mammoth condos) opening all windows helped keep the condo comfortable. There were also fans in the bedroom. Kelly stayed connected to us throughout the booking process and gave us all needed details. For some reason we thought it was a condo where you entered downstairs but it was not. You go up one flight of stairs to enter the condo and once inside there is an upper level with a bedroom. That was my mistake for assuming upstairs bedroom meant ground level entrance. We enjoyed our stay and the condo very much!

Great communication from the owner, clean space in a beautiful place. Great for a weekend getaway. We used it for a trip to Yosemite. About a 45 min drive.

Family Getaway
The property was lovely. Very family friendly. There was plenty of room to accommodate 2 adults, 2 teens and a child. Had everything we needed. Kelley was very responsive to questions or concerns. We will be staying here again in the future. Would recommend this unit and Kelley to friends and family.

Excellent accommodations
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The boys loved sleeping in the bunk beds, and my wife and I enjoyed sipping coffee and looking at the mountains on the deck. The property was in close proximity to the bike path, shopping, and Mammoth lakes. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place for a Mammoth Weekend Getaway
Kelley was a great communicator while staying at her home in Mammoth! It was a great place to stay for a quick weekend. The bus stops are a little far if you're heading up to the mountain! One thing to note as well is that you need to bring your own towels for the jacuzzi, which is also a bit of a hassle! Otherwise, great decor, great communication and clear instructions. Thank you Kelley!

Awesome stay in Mammoth
We've stayed in the Majestic Pines area before but this particular unit was immaculate. Very well designed and updated to feel clean and modern yet still like you're in a mountain community.
Wifi, hot showers, ample firewood, upstairs sleeping area that is very well insulated (sound wise) from the downstairs area.
Owner was on point with communication, making the check in and check out process a breeze.
Would definitely keep this on my "favorites" list for Mammoth.

We loved this property because it was close enough to walk to the village and also close enough to bike paths that we could ride around town even with our young children (8 & 6). The pool and hot tub were great! I especially appreciated that the property didn’t have shared walls. I wasn’t policing our kids (who are less conscience when it comes to sharing walls) about noise which made for a great experience for everyone!! We would definitely return to this property:)

Kelley's property was excellent and she was a good communicator. The Bigwood complex pool and hot tub were clean, but the bathrooms and shower area were disgusting and dirty, especially the shower and toilet bowl.

We loved staying at this condo. Condo is been updated recently and is very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The location of this property for us was perfect. Close to everything. Definitely will be looking at renting this place again
