The rooms are extremely noisy and difficult to sleep (especially during week end), the staff didn’t help with situation. The music was loud and annoying, and the hotel rooms were not well insulated to block out the sound. The hotel management must listen carefully to the hotel guests and strive to make them comfortable, especially when the noise is loud, and work to alleviate the problem and not evade it.

كان حجزنا غرفتين 4 اشخاص تكون اطلاله ع مسبح ووغابه وبركه ليلتين ودافعين مبلغ 1000 ريال زياده علشان الاطلاله يوم وصلنا ودخلونا شفنا الغرف الا اطلاله ع حديقه فقط ويقلون فل الغرف وانتم م حجزتوا اطلاله ومابلغتونا من قبل !! وقال ادخلوا هاليوم هذه وبكرا يكون ع حجزكم يعني لو حجزنا من قبل يوم اطلاله ع حديقه ويوم اطلاله ع مسبح وبركه وغابه وفرنا مبلغ ..لكن خسرنا مبلغ الاطلاله وم ستفدنا الا حق يوم

Bad smell and dusty furniture, poor cleaning, worst customer services and the rude behavior for receptionists, call center..etc.

The facility was very good the room very clean

They did not allow us to use the facility if there is no reservation I was waiting for an hour on the gate until i make a booking It would be highly recommended if they allow non residents to utilize the facility with a payment the same as other resorts Also for such resorts the staff were not smiling with a serious face

The location in the middle of the forest and nature Many lakes and pools and excellent land escaping very beautiful seen Excellent facilities and exterordanary spa facilities and good restaurant

The rooms and corridors need to be more clean I have been to this resort before and came back because I liked it but the level of cleaning and room service are detiroted and need be improved and some beds need maintenance Staff are ok but some of them don't speak English and Arabic speaking guest relation lady is little rude

The gym was great Valet service was very effective The outdoor pool was really nice for kids

They only offered half board options and I would loved to have a breakfast only option for a lower price

Everything at the property was exceptional and great. I really enjoyed my stay and if I visit Sapanca I will stay in same place.

The name of the hotel starts by Elite and it is areal Elite place for families, children's, and tourists that need to relax, enjoy, and swim. The hotel restorant is one of its kind. The car parking service is outstanding. The Guest Relation helped me a lot in communicating with me one I forgot my laptop in the room and travel a broad. Special thank to Ms. Irem for her effort and excellent attitude dealing with customers. Thank you

The facility is excellent

The air condition in the room is fixed on 22 C and we asked many times to be fixed and they said that they did but the temperature was ranged between 24-22 C. All the hotel staff agreed on one word that the AC is ok. They are lying. Me and my wife can’t sleep well during the two nights there.

Special thanks to Miss. Irem the guest relations coordinator. The place is amazing. Food is super amazing. One of the best in Turky. Staff is friendly. Every thing is available inside the hotel so you don’t need to get any thing from outside.

Need to develop and improve the swimming activities/ water games for kids under 6 years old
