It was spacious for a smaller condo very clean and location to the roger centre was a 10 min walk it was a good choice no issues at all

Great location close to scotia place to watch live music, and visit other tourist spots, restaurants…

Had a lot of steps to register, but once these were complete the accommodations were great.

The view from this property was a sight to behold, the size of the condo was above expectations and the location was right near any venues we went to.

The air conditioner did not work and neither did the tv.

We have videos the it said other wise , also was a hard time to get the apartment no information on the website a all, very stressful for us, we were waiting outside for an hour in order to give me directions how to check in, also I have to took a picture of my face holding my ID , for me it is very ridiculous way of identifying me , no information a all about it when I rent the apartment. The parking didn’t have any Control remoto to access in or out , I had to get to off my car to ask the front desk to open for me. This it is very disrespectful to charged a fee when was a big hustle, stress and inconvenience for me and my family who was the one waiting on the car for an hour on Toronto traffic hours.

The host is currently attempting to scam me by claiming there was something on the bedspread after we left. They sent a photo but when I asked which room the stained bedspread was allegedly in the person was unable to tell me. If they took a picture or someone gave them a picture of a stained bedspread why couldn’t they tell me which room it was in? Also you couldn’t even tell if the picture was actually taken in the condo we stayed it. I traveled with a retired Judge, a retired nurse and a retired school teacher. I am an attorney. We are not children but responsible adults. We are also not liars. I am not going to allow this to go without redress.

Also you couldn’t even tell if the picture was actually taken in the condo we stayed in. I told them if there was a stain it must have been there before we got there ( no one ever saw a stain). I traveled with a retired judge, a retired nurse and a retired school teacher. We are not better than anyone else. But we are not children or liars who are irresponsible. Horrible experience. The host then said they would charge $80 Canadian from the security deposit. If they think I m going to take their scam lying down they are surely mistaken. Shame on booking.com for subjecting the public to this.
