Loved the stay! Wish the cleaning fee was a little cheaper, close to the blvd and shops!

We loved our stay at this cabin on the water. The sound of the water was so relaxing. Cabin was a little smaller than expected but it was perfect for our one night stay in Gatlinburg. We saw a bear on the bridge and a few trout!
4.0
Generally a cute place suited for a couple. Everything worked well. The brook could be heard at all times which helped to drown out the sound of passing cars which were only three feet from the cabin. Not safely walkable to town as the road has no sidewalk or shoulder.
4.0
Was barely enough room on either side of the bed to get in. Bath was very small. Not much room to park anything larger than a compact car or jeep. All in all not bad accommodations. No steps down to creek as stated.

We loved our stay at this little cabin on the water. The sound of the rolling water through the stones was very nice actually got to see trout swimming and actually got to see a couple cub bears come down the hill and yet still it’s only just a small short distance from downtown Gatlinburg where there’s everything to do. thanks we really enjoyed our stay

Upon arrival, check in process was effortless, the cabin was immaculate and beautiful! Just like the pictures in the ad! We stayed for 2 nights, and the 1st night a bear almost jumped in the hot tub with my wife! Scary but awesome at the same time! They're not aggresive so we really weren't in any danger. The next night we watched that same bear and her 2 cubs run around the area. The sounds of the creek at our window lulled us to sleep each night. Then waking up in the morning with my coffee and having the Smoky Mountains in my back yard was nothing short of amazing! We will definitely be back here next year!

Nice stay very small but intimate cabin. Only 1 real negative, the hot tub is in a very close and direct view of the cabin next door. A privacy barrier is in need.

This place was so cute and amazing water views it was fun and close to town ! We all slept like a baby hearing the creek rush from the bed ! Hot tub was great ! It was quite and cozy and easy people to deal with ! I would recommend it for anyone!

Absolutely a beautiful, postcard cabin on the creek in the perfect location with easy access to all amenities, shops, and fun. Sitting on the porch enjoying the creek sounds while watching the little otters as they were playing in the water was so peaceful and refreshing. The hot tub was fabulous and relaxing. What a wonderful stay for me and my best friend.

Great place to stay overlooking the creek below. Beautiful property with a hot tub. Great place to stay for you and your spouse.

This cabin is right on Roaring Fork creek and is on the exit road for the Roaring Fork Driving Nature Trail. It is so conveniently located near downtown as well. But... also not too close so you are out of the hustle and bustle.
The bedroom is tight with the queen bed in it but if you are able to get around well it is easy to manage. The bed was comfortable, but I would suggest bringing your own pillows. There was a box fan in the closet if you like to sleep to the white noise of one.
The kitchen is sparsely equipped but what can you say it is a rental. I did notice in the listing it says there is a regular coffee maker. The only issue was there was no decanter to brew the coffee. There was a kurig (sp?) with the k-cup side and the full coffee maker side. Once again, no decanter for the full pot. I had brought ground coffee and filters. I would suggest just bringing K-cups.
The living room is pretty awesome. Comfortable and easy to use TV made it homey.
The Patio is pretty cool. There is fake ivy on the fence to give you some privacy if you use the hot tub. The gliding chair are very comfortable.
The bathroom was good. The bourbon barrel sink in cool. The shower is tight if you are big or tall. I'm 6'2" and was taller than the nozzle. The water pressure is OK-ish. Not like the owner has much control over that.
Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. And that is pretty much one of the best reviews you can give.

We just enjoyed a weekend stay here, for our 15th wedding anniversary. Lovely, small cabin, within walking distance to flapjacks, coffee, and all things downtown Gatlinburg! The scenic creek that runs directly by the cabin makes the location so idillic, and is exactly what we were hoping for…nothing like the sound of rushing water, and that fresh mountain air. *Sigh* We would have loved to have given a 5 star rating, but due to the fact that 19/21 images do not show the adjacent houses, we couldn’t do that. I’d like to suggest the images be updated to reflect that when you’re in the hot tub, you could throw a rock onto your neighbors porch, across the creek. Definitely not secluded, and honestly when you’re 7 feet from someone walking on their bridge, or 20 feet from someone rocking on their porch, that’s not really “chill in the hot tub vibes”. We could hear conversations over the creek sound, that’s how close it is. As mentioned, only the last 2 images on the listing reflect this. All other images, and their angles, do not accurately depict your proximity to other homes.. if we had known this, we may have chosen a different spot. We recognize you don’t advertise as “secluded”, which maybe most on romantic trips would search for, but as I previously said most of the images only depict the house about 20 yards to the left, which doesn’t have any direct views of the porches / people.
Overall, glad to have had the relaxing, lovely weekend we did. Thanks!

Quaint little space for 2. We loved the hot tub in the cool evening after our hike. The property is right at the end of the Roaring Fork motor trail so there’s traffic coming by but it slows down in the evening. It’s beautiful right on the creek, you can hear the water all night. We ate out but if you plan on cooking or drinking you need to bring your own plates and cups. We loved it and would definitely recommend!

The location of this little home was amazing. It's right over the river and even though it's next to the road you can't hear the cars do to the peaceful sound of the river. We and our kids got to see a bunch of wildlife just sitting on our patio. The house is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. It's walking distance to town which saves you some money. Hot tub was very relaxing. The owner responded to my massages right away. I had couple of problems and they send someone over right away to fix it. The only thing I would like to be better is it could use some better cleaning. Maybe provide a vacuum. And some new pots for cooking.

We enjoyed staying at this property it was a great place to stay and enjoy the scenic view of the mountains and the stream next to the property!

The cabin was fairly close to town. We walked everywhere since traffic was hectic. It was a little trek but ok for us.
The parking was tight (we drove a extended cab truck) and the cabin is situated next to the road. Plus there were cabins very close, on all sides. Would’ve liked it to be a little more private and parking to be easier.
The cabin inside was laid out very cute and comfortable. It was nice that it had a big fireplace which is a must when we go to the mountains.
We had a little problem with the hot tub but Kirkland’s was excellent about communicating with us and getting it corrected. Very fast communication, very pleased. I would recommend booking through them.

The cabin was in a great location... it was about 600 feet walking distance to the Roaring Fork Motor Trail. The trail was closed to traffic and it was a really nice hike up and down hills along the Roaring Fork river. Beautiful and perfect for family walks (with big kids). This was the highlight of the trip! Great location!
Parking for one car was next to the cabin and the location was easy to find.
The cabin sits besides the Roaring Fork river. You hear the rush of the water. The side yard & hot tub sat next to the river. The location was a perfect drive to Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg.
There are no sidewalks in the community to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. You end up walking on the road- with a 16 year old that was not a problem. However, if he was younger it would not be safe. Parking in downtown Gatlinburg is between $10 and $20.
Overall the cabin was nice- however the amenities need some attention. The kitchen had everything you need expect a cookie sheet. The 2 coffee cups provided was just not enough- at least 4 coffee mugs should stocked.
There is not a garbage disposal or a dishwasher in the kitchen. This made clean up for meals a little cumbersome.
The bathroom sink needs attention- the water slowly pours out and the drain is not effective. Toothpaste can't even quickly go down the drain. The barrel-style sink needs updating- with only one bathroom the sink needs to work perfectly! The plunger for the toilet is too small for the opening- we needed to use it once and it worked.
The bed linens are old, worn, and stained. The pillows, under the pillow cases, were in bad shape and there was a large stain on the bed spread in the bedroom. It just didn't feel clean!
The laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner were nice additions to the rental.
At the minimum, you'd expect a functioning bathroom sink and fresh linens.
We would not rent this place again unless there were some changes.

We came for business and only stayed one night but slept comfortably and enjoyed the hot tub and the creek! Being close to the road made me a little uneasy but didn’t notice a ton of passing traffic-didn’t affect our sleeping. Parking wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be and I have a large suv, It was tight but doable. Really cool place, well equipped and literally seconds to downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful cabin for two right on river close to Gatlinburg. Our third stay here, and we will come again! Only reason for 4 stars on cleanliness is cleaning staff missed a few things but owner promptly replied and handled it. Cabin itself is in excellent condition and well maintained.

Cabin on the Stream
The cabin was very clean and was easy to check in. The location was convenient for trips into the SMNP. We enjoyed the sounds of the stream and even caught some Trout right outside the cabin. The cabin is right on the road, but the road was quiet.

This little cabin was perfect for our annual Gatlinburg post Christmas stay. Located 5 minutes to the main strip. Definitely cozy but space was well appointed and we had everything we needed.
My only critique is that it would be an added bonus if there were some holiday lights or festive Christmas decorations during the season.
