I liked how clean the bathroom was and the floor in the main room. I also liked how nice the housekeeper was when asked for another towel. the continental breakfast was AMAZING. The food was delicious, the dining room very clean, and the staff very kind.

one of the pillowcases was dirty and there was a red stain on one of the bedspreads. The MOST disappointing thing was the new water area for kids. we have twin toddlers and booked with you JUST for that play area…..and it was not open. HUGE disappointment. I also noticed a few of the attendants by the pool area seemed unconcerned when we asked for help. they would slightly motion to another area and tell us to go there…..when no one was in the area.
