The room was spacious. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food catering for all dietary requirements and it was kid friendly.
The designated car park spaces for crown plaza were not easy to find. That took some time to find as we came into the car park.

Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, a lovely selection of everything you could want.
Air conditioning was noisy and no one available behind the bar when we got back. We were told it was 24 hr bar.

The staff were excellent, could not do more for you, reception especially, and the young lady in restaurant, at the front desk.. Great customer services very friendly.
The only thing was the room we first had on the 2nd floor was right at the end it was a little dusty and a few crumbs on carpet we were near the stairwell.. And it was so noisy, because of the trains and people bashing the door to stairway, so had a bad sleep.
We were moved to 5th floor, but this time 2 doors away from end still a little noisy.. But the room next to ours were the worst they were talking so loud from 11.30pm till 1.30am...
Apart from that excellent hotel.. Jordon on reception was really genuine and took our complaint seriously.

Great central location. Super comfy bed. Nice size room with lovely smelling toiletries. Would recommend.
Instructions on parking to be more specific as sat nav didn’t take us to the road therefore parked a little way away - I mean, 5 minute walk so all still good 🤣

Standards at this hotel have dropped so much. The Lifts take fir ever and are more suited to a building site. Breakfast time was very bad. Too many people in restaurant, cold food, lack of food. Chef providing hot food was working alone, going into kitchen and carrying food. Crowne Plaza give him some help. This just created huge queue. Very disappointed.

The entrance, bar area and restaurant were modern and bright.
The bedroom and the bathroom looked a little jaded.
The breakfast was very good.
Several lifts were out of order and we had to use the stairwell which was a concrete fire escape.

Everything , it was a lovely experience , the staff were amazing especially the manager Tom, we will definitely come back and stay it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in .

The elevators didn't all work. Going down the stairs was not pleasant - the walls and floor are concrete with cracked paint. there were not enough light blankets in summer. there was no air conditioning after the shower in the bathroom.
