It was exceptionally clean staff were great and most of all it was really stunning!

Shuttle / Pool

Bathroom was hard to get in and out of depending on door usage. Needs a sliding door.

The beds were comfy. The facilities available were great. We loved having access to the pool, tennis court and basketball court. Cleanliness

We encountered a few issues at the restaurant for dinner which weren't ideal. The radiator in our room was very noisy and kept me up most of the night so left feeling VERY tired.

Staff were very accommodating to our early morning flight, have their own shuttle service to dining which was open all day very very good, rooms, soundproofed another bonus and close to airport nice area too.

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle- great service. On arrival we were greeted warmly by staff an upgraded to a business room which was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a very nice meal dining at the hotel restaurant.

First stay was great as the room was on the upper floors where the wifi was better, lower floors the wifi was terrible.

WIFI is a major thing for travel, make sure you question this before you take a room.

Excellent spacious room. Room service was delicious. This is our second stay here and has become our favourite place to stay when we come to chch. Love the parking as we have had a trailer on both visits and can always find a park. Will be staying again.

Bed is not comfortable at all, one of the worst bed during my 30 years living in NZ , facility is old fashioned, need to be renovated. Reception only has 1 staff to check customers out in the morning when there are 9 people are lining up, very slow, took me 20mins to check out. Very avarage, nothing good, also nothing bad.

Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere

Everything here was fantastic! Receptionist all very helpful, clean comfortable rooms, and the pool was perfect for the kids.

We wanted a hotel near to the airport as had a very early flight the following morning. we knew the hotel is very close to the airport as have been before & staff took us there in the early hours no problem.

Clean well kept facilities including a restaurant. Free airport shuttle.

location and staff were very accommodating. Our flight was diverted to christchurch because of the flooding in the Auckland airport. We were not sure when we were going to be able to get to Melbourne to meet up with our tour group. They were very flexible with us!

The manager and the receptionist of front desk are very very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay again. I like this hotel very much. The restaurant is so good. The food is delicious. The service is very nice. The location is very good. It just like a park and comfortable. The shuttle of hotel is available at anytime we asked.
