Good Location, light and clean with kitchen.
No host or concierge to deal with problems. Couch covers 1/2 bedroom door. Light bulbs burnt out in lamps. Washing machine had old detergent stuck in port. Dryer was full of damp bedsheets & towels that we dryed AND folded AND put away. Towels were all over the place in no organized fashion. No dish towels. No hooks or shelves in small bathroom. Then they claimed that we stained towels and bedspread ( we absolutely did not) and chipped a plate (i washed and put them back. myself no chips) and refused to give us the deposit back. Our first stay in 2511 was fine but our 2nd in 302 was not. Their cleaning crew lied about the towels and bedspread and there is NO ONE on or off site to talk to.

Where do I start…
The communication with the host during and after the stay has been terrible!! There was a lot of False advertisement on the listing as there was no access to certain amenities for guest and the pool is non existent according to security and super intendant!! Upon arrival there was no body wash both showers were broken. No soap , the balcony door knob was loose, the blinds were unable to close all the way even in the bedrooms which was super uncomfortable as the unit is facing the main road!
After completing booking they insisted for additional $200 security deposit or they would not send out the check in details. I booked the 3 bedroom unit and they insisted I paid $10 per guest excluding 2 guest in the reservation sleeping overnight. These unexpected fees popped up all on the day of check in even though I have reserved it from days before!
They are also withholding a part of my deposit claiming that I have had an animal in the unit. When in reality the PINK hair that they have found was from my guest.

The property in itself is amazing! The location is great, right on top of Sheppard-Yonge subway. The check in guy was also very helpful. But I'm not sure if the kitchen utensils were cleaned properly because I smelled curry on them, the sofa smells like curry and the bed too... the areas around the door knobs and light switches have hand prints on them. also the laundry machine tube was full of mud. I scraped the laundry-machine sides with a kitchen towel tissue thinking the black things were just stains, but noooo they were slimy moldy mud. They definitely need professional cleaners with much higher cleaning standards.

Big tub, having a kitchen , couch was comfy and the night views
I saw from my seat on couch that the brown cupboards were smeared with grease. The dishwasher was fully loaded with dishes and still wet. The toilet paper holder was broken , roll falls right off , didn’t use utensils looked dirty. Fireplace but no mention if can use nor did I see a button ?

The apartment was neat and clean. It has all the necessary items to stay. I liked the apartment except the troubles of key and parking.
The instructions to collect the keys were wrong, and the misguided picture was sent with the instructions. I had to call several times to ask for the correct information and waited in front of P3 lock box more than 1hr.I had to pay $15 parking fee for this time. They gave two images of the lock, which were wrong. Then, emailed with a circle of 10 locks to try each one like trial and error. What a bad 👎 customer support. Then, they gave me a confused parking image, which did not differentiate about common and residential parking spot. Finally, during check out time, I had to leave the key in the apartment and I was not able to activate the elevator because I didn't have the fob to activate. Then, I had to wait and request other guests to push P5 for me so that I can go to the parking spot to collect my car.

L'appartement était spacieux et propre
Les propriétaires ont pris ma caution de 200$ en stipulant qu'il y a eu des dégâts. Nous avons fait extrêmement attention pendant cette nuit. Les propriétaires ont dit qu'ils allaient nous envoyer des preuves mais je les attends toujours.

Literally, the worst experience in my entire life.
The apartment was full of bed bugs and insects. During the first night, I was hugely affected health wise on my skin due to a fully contaminated bed in the master room. I found multiple bugs when I arrived back to the room the night of the second day and one of them was dead with blood all over. I had to pack all my stuff and leave right away on the night of the 3rd of September. I received no help at all from the responsible renting company until today and I had to pay hundreds of extra dollars on another hotel for the night, a full professional wash for all my clothes, and a fully lost contaminated clothes that had literal bed bugs on them which was thrown in the garbage with a net worth of more than 700 dollars.

Great location, a ton of amenities and local shops. Well equipped overall. Everything I could have needed was available in the suite.
I would just recommend a full length mirror in one of the rooms or hallway to see yourself.

The only thing to like is the location. Very convenient to TTC and downtown travel.
The apt provided to us was infested with bed bugs, please see pictures. We informed management and no action was taken. We finally complained to Toronto Health Board and then had to cancel our vacation and leave early. For a bed bug infested apartment, the callous attitude management is horrible. If you guys want a clean apartment, please find somewhere else. STAY AWAY from this place. Management is only in this to make money off the location of this apartment.
2 out of the 4 elevators do not work and you need to wait at least 10 mins for an elevator.
The dishes provided were quite dirty with scratches, there was broken glass in the dishwasher when we checked-in and half the lids of pots were broken. The lights in the bathroom did not work.
There is construction right across the street so get ready to be woken up at 6:30am to the sound of construction machinery.
We followed the check-in-process, and there was no key in the lockbox. Upon calling them multiple times and being put on hold, we were finally provided the key at 5pm (2 hours late after their check-in time of 3pm). The customer service is just a call centre where they repeat "We have informed the local team and we will contact you when we have an update". This is the very frustrating part where there is no one to make sure your stay is comfortable. Following the parking instructions is another level of confusion. You need a PhD in parking to understand the instructions and park your car at the designated spot.
For similar priced properties, you can find a way better deal elsewhere.
Of course management is going to deny any such claims but I am glad I complained to Toronto Health Board and I have a paper trail from them to prove it.

the location was ok, close to everything
the check-in was chaotic and very complicated, the instruction was not clear, had to get in a paid car park, which was not mentioned in the instruction, to just get the key and get out to go to the actual car park for the parking. For the room the bedding and pillow were poor, the dishes were still inside the dishwasher dripping, and the towel has marks, but the worst thing was they blamed us for the dirty towel and charged $20 for that.
Not to mention the booking page didn't say they have to charge $ 20 per pet per night if you bring a pet. It only said pets allow.
I feel like this is quite a scam, after you book them they put a charge on everything.

Apartment was cleanly and the check in process was smooth (if a tiny bit complicated). Location was very convenient to both airport and to trains going downtown.
Internet was terrible. I do not recommend at all if you need to do any work, any video calls, or any internet browsing. We ended up having to go to the nearby internet Cafe and nearby coworking space to get things done.
Secondly, the host only provided minimal amenities (aka 2/3rds empty toilet paper). When we asked for where we could find more we were told to go buy it ourselves.

The unit was clean & the building secure, many nearby places to eat.
The check-in process was VERY challenging and instructions were not disclosed until the booking was confirmed and we had paid an additional security deposit (it was disclosed in very fine print in the additional details). The instructions while extensive how to obtain key were detailed. Regrettably, once we had gotten to the locked box there was NO key; we were given another combination, and the key was not there. It was suggested that we enter the building to see if it was left in the unit, which wasn't possible without an elevator key fob. We were asked to wait while it was resolved; at the same time we worked on getting help from booking.com Customer Service (also a challenge, which we had not experienced with no ability to let us get to a manager). It took more than 90 minutes for the issue to be resolved. And once in the unit, while it was satisfactory we learned that the Pool (not filled) & Hot Tub were out of commission. The area around both the pool/hot tub were overgrown with the seating areas not in good share. Overall we felt it was overpriced and difficult to access. And it is a bit of a drive to get to the tourist areas in downtown Toronto (which we did expect). Should we return we would stay closer to downtown at this price point.

No breakfast provided. Location was good.
Main bathroom was unusable because no replacement light bulb was given for 3 nights out of our 4 night stay. The main bathroom had no windows so was pitch black without light. On the last night , a very dim lightbulb was provided- the bathroom was actually unsafe to use as you could hardly with this dim light. We asked for some money back as we couldn'd use the bathroom- we'd picked and paid extra for a 2 bathroom property as we were 4 adults, but were declined any partial refund.
This is the first place in the world we have stayed where we had to take the linen out of the dryer ,left by the previous residents, to do our own bed on arrival!
Never saw the hosts- only available to whatsapp message!
Don't expect what you see in the pictures; room although modern is much worn. Bed linen is in a very overused state.
On the website, it said we'd have access to a small outdoor pool as we were on ground floor-this was closed, no previous information given.

Dirty laundry in washer and dryer. Old food in fridge. Rented parking space but it was occupied. No help when calling Simply Comfort. High noise level all day. Stolen security deposit despite our protests because nothing was damaged.

We stayed at the lovely 2 Anndale. We were in Apt. 1510. The location was more than excellent; subway access via the garage, access to grocery stores, bank, drug stores and public parking within the block. The building itself is very modern and clean. Staff and other residents were friendly and helpful.
Where do I start... This is meant as constructive criticism as I am writing this list because I believe the owner has not been told that repairs need to be done. The most significant issue was with the beds. The bed in the master bedroom is broken. The mattress and boxspring closest to the window sinks -- broken frame? The bed in the 2nd bedroom, again closest to the window, also sinks and the legs seem to be broken. Also, the bedcover and sheets had large (one 30 cm) stains on them. The pull-out bed is quite short, suitable for a child only, collapsed and the trundle part could not be stabilized in the elevated position.
When we arrived, the washing machine had a sign on it that it was out of order. Previous notification would have been appreciated.
The upper rack of the dishwasher has no stopper and falls out if pulled slowly and slightly too far. Although there were sufficient plates, cutlery was insufficient for 6 people (3 forks only),
The toilet paper holder -- in both bathrooms -- is not well secured and unable to hold a toilet paper roll.
We did not use the entrance closet as storage for anything as the door was broken at the top and we did not want to aggravate it further.
The balcony door was very difficult to open.
Lastly, as we were travelling with 2 vehicles -- and I understand why only 1 vehicle can be included in the rental-- I sent repeated requests (at least 4) asking for the location of paying public parking, All these requests went unanswered, even though several of the booking company's messages and been sent twice, and I answered them twice, no reply to my question ever came. Driving through Toronto is stressful enough, never mind not knowing where you can park when one gets there.

The location was great and beautiful.
Lot of fingers prints in the kitchen. The appliances, oven, coffee maker we're not performing. Only one bottle of soap for six adults, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. Only two toilet paper in extra for six. for the price we paid I was expecting more...

the location is great.
The floor was not properly cleaned. The light in the guest bathroom could not be turned on and the staff only came to fix it on Day 3. The unit has a very nice view but all the windows are very dusty including the ones that can be easily cleaned for the balcony. There was only one bottle of body wash (no soap) for two full bathrooms. Cheap Shampoos and toilet papers for the price we paid. Also, one of the cleaning baskets of the dishwasher was stuck and couldn’t be pulled out, which made the loading/unloading awkwardly inconvenient.
