Baño con mal olor, caja fuerte cerrada llamamos y contestaron. Se solicito servicio de comida a la habitacion quedaron de retirar lo de la comida anterior en “unos minutos” y no aparecieron mas Faldon de la cama manchado horrible, conectores usb sin corriente electrica.

The comfort of the bed was amazing, and the hospitality is amazing. Second time staying at the hotel and will do it again

I wish they could have more choices of juices for breakfast other than orange juice every day. They could honestly have a variety of juices like pineapple juice, Maracuya juice etc. We were limited to same type of juice everyday, a hotel like that can surely do better. The bathroom toilet,after flushing the water kept running making that noise and one has to go back and turn the flush hinge to a certain direction for the stopper, i am sure that can be repaired it was a bit annoying but generally a very good hotel

Desde el día que ingrese solicité un técnico para el aire de mi habitación ya que no funcionaba. Me enviaron más de 6 técnicos a la habitación, la primera noche fue terrible el calor la recepcionista que me atendió me dio un pésimo servicio sin darme alguna solución, seguía insistiendo en enviar un técnico más y no me quería cambiar de habitación, hasta el otro día por la tarde que ya habían ido 7 veces a revisar el aire después de haber pasado una noche calurosa y yo pedir que me regresaran mi dinero para irme a otro hotel, allí fue que se comunicó conmigo una supervisora, quien si me dio solución al cambio de habitación y me atendió muy cordialmente

Es un hotel catalogado 5 estrellas pero las habitaciones estan descuidadas! La lencería tenia un mal olor! En el baño no hay secador! Toca pedir plancha porque no tiene! La ducha no tenia jabonera! Los espejos estan muy deteriorados! Solamente se ve bien por fuera! Deben remodelar mucho!

Booked a big bed but got two doe le beds, which was of a convince to me. Toilet didn't flush the first time, towels had stains on them.

starting from the grumpy reception the morning of the check in, the room had a connecting door to an adjacent room (part of a suite) and you could even hear the neighbors snoring. I’ve asked for a high floor facing the beautiful view ( which I was assured I did) but the only view was of the buildings across the street and the room was across from the elevator, so you hear the “ding” of the elevator all night, not to mention the other guest greet each other good night by the elevator at 3am.

I bought the insurance for anything that happend in the room but whenever i claim that i was missing 2 sunglasses that i just bought. Small bag of my daughter and a bathing suit that also was brand new. They did nothing for this. Also i bought from roomservice the cheese finger and they came raw and when i reported it that my daughter ate 3 and they did nothing . After this i took it from her. The only thing they offered me was dessert. My daughter had diarrea for 2 days in a row. Bad experience

Had to insist a lot to the staff to get things done. Floor in the room was squeaky, as if some liquid spilled and it just made noises when walking. An employee in reception tried overcharging for a taxi to the airport, also claiming that I had to pay him in advance so he could book it. They just call standard taxis or their acquaintances...

The beds are comfortable, and the location of the hotel is excellent. Good restaurants are within walking distance, and it's easy to get around from the hotel. The bartender at the pool was very friendly, and he make a killing Mojito.

The hotel might've been five stars years ago, but now it is outdated and need some renovations. The room was beaten, with very noisy flooring, and you could see the decadence everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Noise travels through the hotel walls, and it will prevent you from having a peaceful night The service wasn't good either. The hotel restaurant was the worst; if you have breakfast included, fine, but any other meal is a painful experience; I do not recommend it; not only is it excessively expensive, but the service is terrible. Our waiter told us how our toddler shouldn't be handling silverware when he is perfectly capable (the first time I had a waiter handling raising advice). Then he was inappropriately insistent about us giving him a tip on money when it was obvious we were only carrying the hotel card. When I included a written tip on the bill, he complained that getting to them would take too long. I wish I could've taken it off. They overcharged for a simple plate of pasta al burro because it wasn't on the menu. When I brought the complaint to the front desk, their response was, "you will receive suggestions form at check-out," which actually didn't happen. It was impossible to arrange transportation from the airport, and I ended up arranging my own. None of the experience was even close to what I expected from a 5-star hotel.
