Overpriced and in noisy neighborhood.

The location was good. In a great neighborhood.

The rooms are too small no outside windows so we paid for an upgrade to a junior suit. Only after we booked we were informed that we were in a very noisy neighborhood with music until deep into the night. At that stage we were too late to cancel. Only with earplug in we were able to sleep. The breakfast was poor. For vegans like me the only option was dry bread and fruit.

I liked the cleanest of the place.

I didn’t like that they never specified that rest would not be possible at any time. During the night it was the party sound (I knew this) but in the morning there are repairing the street so the noise is higher and you are going to find the street workers saying nasty things.

Lleras green one of my favorite hotels in lleras park area

Breakfast was quite good. Location great close to the park and all the entertainment.

The air conditioner didn't seem to be working fully. Also the water got turned off one morning for some maintenance... They did inform me in advance which was good so I took a shower before it was turned off. The elevator was out of service my last morning, there is only one. Luckily I was checking out and didn't have to walk back up, I was on the top floor 6

The service, be arriving there wasn’t key of our room. Not everyday was hot water to take a shower. No possibility for late check out

so the music is loud because you are in a Colombia Medellin little party bubble.. if you come here like that’s just what it is. they know it and so should guests. I thought they were insanely respectful, helpful staff, good food, and amazing food/drink prices. The location is right by the poppin area. The city is super green and dope. close by all amazing eats like 1-5 mins walking. wish my room had some windows but all in all I enjoyed it. also shower was que bueno

more expensive then I thought the area would be but comparatively. it was a good price. some weird not working stuff and leaky sink etc but not bad at all .

The worst place I ever stayed. They should close the hotel for guests and sell the rooms by hours.

The daily cleaning of the housekeeping was excellent

The loudest place (inside and outside) I ever stayed (even the quietest room was like in nightclub). The staff at the reception unfriendly. I never felt like a guest, but always like a criminal and a prostitute’a client. The breakfast offered 14 days every day exactly the same. So the only reason to come was the friendly staff for the breakfast service

We enjoyed the location. It was pretty convenience. However, the noise from the bars was not really pleasant.

I like the size of the room. The breakfast was quite good,but it was always the same basic menu.

You could hear the party at night. A lot of prostitutes at the entrance of the hotel. The first night we got a very nice room. However, we were changed to a smaller room not as nice at the first one.

they charged a high fee for each guest I had that visited me. they noise of the club’s music which is located next door. most of staff did not speak any English. beds were uncomfortable & air conditioning didn’t work well.

The shower floods the entire room due to poor drainage. The club next door plays the same playlist every night very loudly, mostly Bad Bunny.
