Was perfect for what we needed

Clean, easy to get to, close to shops and the beach. Enough room for the family. Friendly staff.

Just needed a couple more blankets, not really something not to like. Because they gave us some. So all in all was a good stay.

Was run down. Only one key to the apartment. Beds were uncomfy and springy.

Location and staff Staff are extremely approachable and took a good care of us.

Need some update on furniture TV screen in bed room was broken(don’t think bed room need a tv tho. It’s too tight) Balcony need a good swipe

Exceptional

The apartment was a little dated but it was spacious and clean. The location was great only a two minute walk from the beach and close to bus/tram stops.

Location was great and staff were friendly unit was clean

Was told the pool was heated definitely was not and it was dirty the unit was clean but very worn .

Great location, great apartment.

awesome location, beach was literally a two minute walk, pacific fair was down the road and the tram so it was great to get around

There were a few creepy crawleys, has more to do with the greenery around the resort.

not knowing the layout of the suburb, is definitely something we will take into consideration.

the bed was comfortable, unit was clean, staff very willing to please.

one cake of soap for two adults, stair access to the carpark, at 70 plus years not comfortable to negotiate with luggage etc.

Very good

The 2bedroom ground floor unit was well furnished, clean and property was close to the beach.

Bathroom was a little small No wine/champagne glasses. And construction next door early start.

the new managers were great and the location was great.

I think it needs to be updated outside but the new managers are looking into this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay except the noice from construction site next door early hour .

All went well and according to our plan for the weekend

I didn’t find anything as It served the purpose of us coming to GC to attend a function and accessible to Pacific Fair Shopping centre.

Good location to stay in Gold Coast

Good location, spacious apartment, good size balcony, free underground carpark and close to beach.

Construction site next door, a bit inconvenient when bringing your luggage up from the underground carpark.

It was close tyo Broadbeach thats why we booked it

High rise construction work right next door, very noisy. There is no lift at this property. sadly the Gold coast has grown so much that traffic is caotic......not the place for a holiday anymore

There was construction going on next door. The wi fi was terrible and the driveway to the road is so steep it kept scraping underneath the car. You also need a key to open and close the garage which was annoying if you had the key grouped with the car key

The facility is central to major shopping centres walking to Broadbeach close to beach and trams

Website advertising says cable tv, DVD in house non existent false the in-house wifi is poor frequently dropping out
