So close to the beach and restaurants. Lovely balcony (our room was on the top floor).

No lifts, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We travelled light.

Unit 3 was much better than unit 23 which lacked the extras ie no broom or mop nut the management was excellent

Multiple & confusing stairwells. We got lost trying to find our room. Definitely not suitable for disabled or elderly people with inability to use stairs.

Considering it's location, one street back from the Gold Coast h'way, it wasn't too noisy, and an easy walk to the beach, which was manned with lifeguards. Parking around the area was easy to find and free, bonus undercover parking for one car, was easy enough to get into. The unit was on the top floor, which we didn't mind, and the stairwell was clean and tidy all the time. It was equipped with enough beds, clean and tidy, and the a/c was a God send! It wasn't too far from surfers or Miami beach Aldi. The pool area was great for my teens, and we enjoyed a little BBQ there. Our kettle was on the blink and the 4 slice toaster, one section was broken, the managers were quick to replace these items and they were lovely to deal with

The unit could do with an upgrade of cooking utensils (tongs etc) and perhaps more cutlery/crockery/coffee mugs. May be a mop as well and a clock for the wall. (not everyone wants to look at their phones all the time. (Haha) I hope that, this is okay to say.

Close to the beach and easy access from the airport. Free wifi was nice as well!

Rooms were dirty, some of the linens provided had stains. A lot of guests had to use pullouts or share beds because of the real capacity despite the listed capacity being enough for our group. Listed as a hotel apartment but is actually more like multiple airbnb's.

Great location to everything, friendly greeting when booking in and very clear instructions about everything needed. Bed was a bit soft and the couch was not user friendly - very uncomfortable Everything that was needed was there and unit was very clean

Location is great. Close to Nobby beach shops and 5 min walk to the beach. Pool nice but could have more seats. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The price for what you get. Rooms are very tired and dated. Blinds in main room wouldn't oscillate. No fan/vent in bathroom. Kitchen pots plates cups and amenities needed to be replaced. Covered in stains and burnt out. Blankets did not smell fresh. These aren't deal breakers but it feels crappy to pay $260 per night for a sub par room.

The sofa come sofabed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Would've been handy to have a broom or vacuum. And an extra blanket or 2 in the cupboard
