Bed & pillows desperately need replacing. Plumbing is an issue as whenever someone upstairs showered the noise was unbearable.

Great location, central to a lot of things - shops, cafes, beach etc. Neat and tidy room with comfortable bedding. Staff were easy to communicate with via email and text message.

It would’ve been good for the pool to be open later than 5pm.

Well priced, amazing location & professionally managed.

Our room was on the ground floor directly out front of the first level stairs. if you wake easy, request not to be roomed here as you will hear other customers coming and going at all hours. Additionally BYO hairdryer as our room did not have one, as previously otherwise stated on the booking.

No change of towels for 2 day stay.

The bathroom and toilet were both unclean. My son pushed the bed over about 30cm to see if his hat was there and instead there was lolly wraps drink bottles and chips under the bed. Also we found wrappers in under the blankets. The coffee cups were all dirty and the jug. The bathroom exhaust fan had dust falling out of it. The pictures I've attached are only a few of the accommodation.

The motel was in a great location. I was attending an event at the Convention Centre and just needed somewhere to stay overnight. The motel was in close walking desistance to the Convention Centre, Shopping Centre, Restaurants, Trams and Beach.

I didn't expect anything fancy for what I was paying. But, I always expect cleanliness and hygiene. The carpets were stained and there was a visible layer on dust under and around furniture and on power outlets etc. The bedding didn't look or smell fresh. The towel smelt like it had been left in the washing machine too long. While outside of the motels control, there were also very noisy night roadworks in the vicinity too. Letting guests know about this prior to booking would have been helpful. I suspect the contactless check-in is less about Covid safety, and more about not wanting to see guests and hear their complaints face to face.
