Hotel gardens were superb! Small playground for children.
Breakfast was enjoyable, different dishes to choose from. Decent serving size. Tea and coffee. Filtered drinking water tanks to fill up your water bottles.
Decent size room. Smelled fresh and clean! Fresh bed linen and towels. Hot shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Room safe. Quiet enough. Close to shops... an easy walk, but far enough away to not be disturbed by weekend night life.
Very friendly staff who spoke English. Security gates and guard. Would suit quiet people and older people.
No tea and coffee facility in the rooms, but kitchen staff happily filled up my cup with hot water (I had my own tea bags... supermarket close by, about a 10 min walk).
No complaints about this hotel. It had a beautiful Colonial Spanish look/feel to it.

Very comfortable rooms and the garden was delightful.
The walls/doors a bit thin on the main floor. Wait staff at breakfast were not welcoming.

The garden is amazing. Good breakfast, although not included for kids in the reservation. It has a nice playground in the garden.
Location is far enough of the noisy areas of the city, yet close enough to walk everywhere.
Rooms closer to the kitchen can be noisy in the mornings because of the staff getting to work.
