The location is very good and the staff was kind.

I booked a room with a bathtub and got one without. The staff prompted changed the room to one with a bathtub, but the room was old and lacking maintenance. The breakfast had few items.

The view. I haven't been to all São Paulo, but, oh boy, what a view I had! I would say, that I had the most amazing one :) I had an apartment to the side where bellow was some villas. So it provided space (had no direct neighbor's in my window) to see really far away. :) Breakfast was ok. The first day they had no warm food, like omelette (waited 30min, but they didn't provide it). But for the next days they had it (maybe it was due to busy hours, and if you go near closing time, you have more chances to get warm meal, as silly as it sounds). Actually the apartment looked better than in pictures.

Its an old hotel, the rooms felted very old.

this property is very very outdated, rooms are really old, and it even smells like old. the least they could do is update the rooms.

The location near Avenida Paulista and MASP is great. However, the hotel is relatively old and the rooms need renovation. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is reasonable.

Very nice apartment, extremely big room, balcony, clean. The breakfast very good, healthy options as well.

The apartment has a very nice kitchen corner, but unfortunately it not equipped. No coffee/tea option.
