Hotel could use a makeover…it’s showing it’s age!

The hotel is located a few minutes from the main airport, which is a bonus. The staff where exceptional especially Leoncie and the gentleman at reception whose name I forget. He gave me his mobile to call RwandaAir to change my flight. I was able to catch a flight that very evening, thanks to the gentleman. The room was spectacular. Space for everything including a functional computer. The water was hot and the water pressure superb.

Clean, friendly and helpful staff

The food could have been better.

The card system for ordering breakfast didn't work, so I had to go down to the restaurant. What was available was very good.

The access with the COVID measures was cumbersome, but I had anticipated that and had an antigen test available because I didn't expect my PCR test result to come through before my time of arrival. Your hot water is not very hot, and the bathroom scale didn't work.
