In the first instance we wish to thank the staff and management for an amazing experience. Especially Charles who went out of his way to assist with his ancient cures for an upset stomach and moral support 😁. The buffet style food service is not really our preference but in this instance, given the remoteness of the property and the effort the staff put into their work, the food was very good and enjoyable.

Our vehicle could have been closer to our unit.

The stuff, especially Charles, were very friendly, and helpful. They made everything possible, e.g. Marshmallows at the fire place... They made our day and we really enjoyed our 2 nights stay. Thank you very much....

Jessica, Antonio, Milene (I'm sure I misspelled her name but you will easily spot her bouncing and smiling while helping the guests) and all the staff were incredible friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this place: beautiful quiet location with fantastic views. Cosy, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean chalets. Fantastic food in a great variety, and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. The private reserve is perfect for hiking and wildlife spotting. We wish to return one day.

The staff was extremely friendly, very nice talks and tips for the next travel. Especially Charles was fantastic - he explained us some routes in the south and recommendet places to visit! The food and overall location - nothing to complain. It was delicious and well served. Also the possibility to use the facilities of the nearby Canyon Lodge was nice. Thank you very much!

Ambiance was excellent. Loved the choice of salads for dinner. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.

This is one of best of Gondwana's collection accomodation. Ratio price and power is amazing. Big clear room, quiet place and nice surroundings. Little cold pool, but we was were in rainy season, but very refreshing after visiting fish river canyon:)

Oasis in the desert, wonderful place to stay to explore Fish River Canyon. Separate bathroom with toilet, thanks God, pool and wi-fi near it.
