David met us at the property and gave us a tour. He was kind and helpful. The property was perfect. Beautiful grounds and lovely accommodations. Every detail has been thought of. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. All in all, the weekend was great fun with family.

We had a wonderful time at David and Deen’s place! Hosts were excellent communicators, kind and welcoming. The place had everything one could need and we walked down Main Street into town with ease .

This 3 bedroom apartment is a home away from home! It’s very spacious, clean , within walking distance to downtown and offers all the amenities you would need to make a proper meal ! Our host was wonderful, met us at check in and gave us wonderful local ideas and insight ! 10/10 Highly recommend!

We were in town for hockey which was cancelled but kept our trip and this house was perfect. Great location, quiet, comfy beds, good water pressure, lots of space. The photos don’t do it justice for how much room there is. Owners were welcoming and very helpful when we arrived. Parking is easy also. I would totally come back and stay at this property again.

Our first trip to Franklin for Christmas was very nice. The home was very festive and very comfortable for all of us. Enjoyed it. How many are home we’re back again and the TV didn’t fall somewhere that’s it right there

This property was remarkably comfortable and was truly lovely. The rooms were very spacious, warm and welcoming. While the visit was focused on enjoying both Franklin and Nashville, this home made the time we spent relaxing there equally fun.

Don’t let the word “apartment” dissuade you, this rental is like a home away from home. It’s charming, historic, roomy, and well stocked with every amenity you need! Plus it’s located a few short walking blocks from downtown Franklin. The owners, who couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming, decorated and stocked the rental as if you wanted to move in. Plus their communication is top notch, always available by text with an immediate response. Can’t say enough good about this lovely home or the owners! We will definitely be back!!

Spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds.. David was the best host we have ever dealt with- excellent communication, helpful with dining suggestions, and incredibly kind. We totally enjoyed our stay and we’re thankful to be staying out of Nashville.

Everything was great, but I didn’t pick up in the original listing that we were only renting the upstairs floor of a beautiful older home with outside stair access. It was difficult for older friends on the stairs, but very satisfied and would recommend the facility

We loved staying at David and Deen’s property in Franklin. David met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the rental as soon as we arrived. They have thought of everything you could ever need and even had some sweet treats and wine for us when we arrived. They are a very short walking distance from downtown Franklin which we loved - morning and night walks were the best with the girls. It’s very family friendly - our girls were 5 and 7 and they loved it. We are already planning our return trip - we fell in love with that area! Thanks again to both of you for making your property so warm and accommodating!

This property is perfect for a get-away in Franklin, TN! David and Deen are genuinely kind, considerate, and hospitable hosts who go the extra mile to make sure your stay with them is nothing less than exceptional. The home is about a 10 minute walk to Main Street Franklin and some of the main Civil War attractions like Carter House and Lotz House so driving is not always necessary to go do some shopping, grab a bite to eat, or site see. Words cannot describe how pleased our group was with our stay and trip down to this Historic town. If we are ever back in the Franklin, TN area we will be staying with David and Deen again.

We stay in VRBO’s all the time and this one was the best by far! Right from the start David and Deen were there to greet us and made us feel welcome and at home. It was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in along with the beds being super comfortable. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back and staying here soon!!!

We spent two days in Nashville on Broadway, a show at the Grand Ol Opry and an evening at The Bluebird Cafe. The rest of the days we spent in downtown Franklin and Leiper's Fork. It's an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin from the property. And it's a short drive into Nashville. The owners were more than anyone could ask for. We had car trouble while we were there. The owner helped us find a great automotive service (Cody's) just a mile from us. They made time in their busy schedule to get our vehicle in and got it fixed in one day! We certainly met some wonderful, kind, and helpful people! Don't even hesitate to rent this property. You won't be disappointed.

We had three family couples from three different states gather here for four nights in June. It was a perfect place to stay for three couples. Deen was on top of everything...from communicating before we arrived, to showing us around when we arrived, to making us feel so comfortable. David and Deen have thought of everything to make the second floor of this house so comfortable. It felt like home. The location is perfect for walking a few blocks to downtown Franklin. There are so many beautiful older homes in this area and each one is so unique. We didn't use the kitchen for any meals, but I have no doubt that if we'd wanted to, we would have had everything we needed to do so. We made plenty of coffee and used both the electric pot and the Keurig. We brought some of our own coffee, but David and Deen also supplied coffee. It was very hot while we were in the area so we didn't stay out as much as we'd planned, but it didn't matter because we were able to comfortably hang out in the living room and just visit. I cannot say enough good about this place. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to stay here again. David and Deen...thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Franklin is a nice place to stay and close to Nashville. We had a great trip and enjoyed the historical area. Great shopping, coffee and good food. The space has 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. This is an apartment above the owners home. Be aware when booking there are lots of stairs to climb and 7 different floor transitions throughout the home that made it difficult for our elderly mother to get around. I do not recommend if disabled or have difficulty climbing stairs. Over all the home was clean and comfortable and David greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating.

Loved, loved the property! Historical home within easy walking distance of downtown Franklin. We walked to restaurants and shops. Quaint town. We booked as soon as we saw listing; mistakenly thought we had booked entire house, but upon closer reading, we saw we had entire 2nd floor, which was plenty big for our party of four. Steps were not an issue with us. Beautifully decorated and kitchen was very well stocked with 2 bottles of wine, several kinds of coffee, teas and a variety of sodas. The place was absolutely immaculate!! Very comfortable. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The wife gave us a very thorough walk through upon our arrival. We heartily recommend a stay in this beautiful historic house; would easily accommodate six people.
