Location good . Easy access to transport . Safe area .

There was a smell in the foyer of the building as it is shared . Not a nice entrance . Overpriced for the building . The unit was pretty nice but needs upgrading to command such fees !

Location is very good and the property is located in a quiet area. It has been recently refurbished meaning that is a typical London property in a very confortable setting. Simple and very "clean" decoration You feel like a Londoner!

Pricing wise it is expensive as everything in London!

It’s first time to live apartment. Excellent experience and it’s beyond my expectation

I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks with my mother and it was absolutely perfect. The location is a 5 min walk (max) from Earl's Court tube station, there is a large tesco 1 min around the corner and the apartment facilities were fantastic. The apartment itself was the perfect size for us and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/living area had a practical kitchen and washer dryer plus two couches and a small dining table. The high ceilings made it feel light and airy and the views from both the windows were lovely. I was able to check in early and the host was extremely accommodating. I am so glad I found this place, I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

The television connection was sometimes poor but I believe this is due to issues with the dish on the top of the building. A minor inconvenience but not a huge issue by any means.
