Excelent location in the old town. Very friendly staff, we arrived early in the morning and they let us in the room as soon as it was done. Breakfast is fantastic.

Clean, beautiful atmospheric room. Very nice and helpful staff, daily cleaning. The lady at the reception was waiting especially for us at night, thank you ;-) Perfect location. Right next to the bazaar, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Great mood. Close to all attractions and museums. Great breakfast in the cafe next door. Several sets to choose from. I recommend the Bosnian breakfast! I wish to come back soon ;-)

Cute small hotel in very old center. Breakfast served in the restaurant next to the property is excellent. Very clean and new bathroom.

The smell of old when you enter the lobby. Some air refresher or scent candles would improve this significantly.

Location was perfect, quite and right in the middle of old town. Breakfast arrangement with next-door restoran was great and prices are very reasonable.

This is a gem of an hotel. Warm and welcoming reception with excellent customer care throughout our short stay. Room and bathroom equipped to a higher standard than I enjoy at home. Bathroom fittings are at top end of quality. Breakfast was exceptional in next door restaurant, the best in our trip. Perfect location for exploring the Old Town. Booking.com scores my feedback as an 8. This is underrated, the customer care ranks a 10, by far the best service received in our 12 days in country.

Our room at the top of the property was too small to accommodate 2 adults and 2 open suitcases. Noise from neighbouring bars persisted beyond midnight. Bed suits those who like a hard bed.
