Breakfast very good - Room excellent - Location good
Reception. I specifically asked when book a room to get the Keys at 13:00
The Security Girl at the front desk tried her best to contact the personell, but I could hear her call was just dropped by them.
At the Parking area, there was no Security to guide us to the Parking spot - I had to get out of my vehicle, knock at the window of the security booth, asking for help, and the attitude of them all was not at all satisfactory.

Location, design excelente view
- The conditions was not clear, The clean come at once, clean every day is an extra cost, the sheets were old and some pillowcases were torn. The bedside drawers didn’t close and there was no shower gel.
Wardrobes serve as storage for utensils and cleaning materials. The last point is that they give us one key card and non of us could go down alone.

Nothing at all..We have been treated bad
The owner was rude the booking was cancelled without our concern.
Our money was taken and we had to book for another place with our money.
Because of desperation we booked at Sunrise prop Revonia1 the place is not existing at the address we was scammed and when we try to cancel or to call booking.com we didn’t get helped.
We tried doing online charts but still we were not helped.
This website is not safe if we can be scammed with the hotels and guest house that re not existing

Location
The host didn’t answer the phone or return our call. The linen was old and not clean with stains. The spare pillows in the wardrobe were stained. The place needs better maintenance.

I got a bit of candle wax on the couch the smallest most easy to remove and they made me pay R1000 for it whereas my package included free cleaning at the end of my visit. I put the pictures of the stains that supposedly costs almost as much as booking for another night so you can see how unfair they are. Don’t go there if you’re clumsy also because you’re going to pay a lot for spilling your drink or food.

I loved the location, it was within good reach to all the places I needed to go to.
It didn’t deliver on the luxury as promised. it was short on the basic supplies promised and I even reached out to the host who promised to attend to it but didn’t. The property I stayed is not well maintained and pliz advise the owner to go assess..

I didnt like the fact that my room had no bathroom mats and that the plugs dont work during loadshedding,couldn't iron my clothes.

Very unhygienic apartment.

On arrival had a look at the apartment and to my horror I found:
1)The bathroom tiles are dirty
2) the furniture is chipped and in bad condition
3)the bathroom cupboard has unnecessary items in it
4)the toaster has mould in it (how am I suppose to eat toast????)
5)The pots are beyond filthy
6)The pillow cases were torn
7)The freezer had a huge chunk of accumulated ice
8)The toilet had stains
After noticing the above, I called the Property agent to explain my dissatisfaction with the property and requested for an immediate refund so that I could book elsewhere using the money, as I have a elderly mom who could not bare to see all the faults she was TRAUMATIZED, Please note that i had just checked out of another apartment in the same building which was an excellent stay that unit was absolutely Neat and tidy and the property agent was extremely helpful, this unit on the other hand is a complete disaster, the unit does not even include daily cleaning sevice which is ridiculous and unhygienic!!! why should I pay an additional fee for a cleaning service ???

No disturbance whatsoever, the room was nice and spacious. The staff go an extra mile in ensuring the comfort of the clients. I forgot my wallet on the check out counter and the property manager called me to inform me my wallet was there safe. I developed a sense of trust in Sandton Skye and I would go back any time.
The facility had no backup power during loadshedding. The apartment I was in needs a change of a few pieces of furniture. Other than that the facility was clean and comfortable.

It's Stunning but the tv was too complicated..
Tv should have been set up already rather than have to struggle to get to channels or perhaps instruction book..even at reception they did not assist when I ask them..

Location - i Have stayed in other apartments in the same building before
The apartment needs to be refreshed, furniture tops and the toilet was not smelling fresh. Other items were left in the wardrobes - paints etc. Give guests an option to clean or not to clean the room daily
