Can't take cooler to pool.The room was nice everything was great

Everything was close to the property. I enjoyed the location very much.

it was hard to find help considering there isn’t a front desk person.

Location was great most of the staff around the pool area was very helpful an friendly.

They were letting people that had just finished a 3 hour race get into the pool where our kids were with their clothes and shoes on. The people at the front check in were very rude when we went to ask a question about our room.

The Edgewater resort is very nice. This condo is spacious. Great views with windows all across the front in livingroom & dining room. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, large couch with recliners plus 2 reclining chairs make nice area to put feet up & relax. Open kitchen is great to.

The condo is a bit dated. We had few areas skipped in cleaning. Cleaning not great. We called & she came & cleaned bathroom tub mirror. It had not been touch. Balcony doors had little hand swirls & messes on it. The coffee table was dirty. The kitchen needs a deep clean inside the cabinets. Unfortunately the kitchen has roaches. Saw them each night/morning. I sent picture & notified but recieved no response. This was a lovely stay. Address the through cleaning & kill roaches it would be great.

Check in was difficult. Had no reservation for our party. Pillows flat and old. Have slept in better beds. Killed two big roaches in my bedroom and bath.
