Amazing breakfast cooked fresh with a great selection for healthy eaters. We wish we had stayed longer at this place, was a quick stop over during our travels through the garden route.

Everything was great.

Very modern and clean. Right on the beach with amazing views. Hot tub with oceans views was incredible. We had a couples massage which was a great option to take advantage of if you can afford the extra.

Lack of breakfast choice and catering/understanding of dietary requirements. Hot tub needed a bit of attention. Sofa bed for our son wasn’t made on arrival, there was a lovely temp member of staff covering reception but didn’t seem fully up to speed on everything but very helpful none the less.

The property was lovely and the staff was exceptional! Wallizty is possible the most hospitable receptionist we’ve come across on our entire trip and she really looked after us. The breakfast in the morning was varied and yummy. We booked the presidential suite and the view was breathtaking at all ours. I would definitely go back and stay here in future.

We used the blankets provided for the balcony as it was cold and we wanted to enjoy a complimentary hot chocolate. Unfortunately there must have been bugs in the blankets because I had numerous painful bug bites. However, Wallazty immediately sorted it out and honestly it wasn’t a big deal when compared to all the positive things about the facility.

Absolutely stunning setting, beautiful! We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which was amazing. Loved the breakfast and friendly vibe. Wish we could have stayed longer...

When u travel, there are 2 things that make a huge difference! The bed and the shower rose! If those 2 items are good quality, I am happy! African Oceans ticks those blocks and so much more! The carpet was plush, the kitchenette is stocked with everything u could possibly need and the view is stunning! Absolutely fabulous!

absolutely wonderful in all areas. host exceptional, staff brilliant, room outstanding, breakfast gorgeous and our favourite on this trip. beautiful outside area.. host even helped with payment for securing my piece of jewellery that was left in CapeTown .. we feel he went over and beyond and would love to return one day ..

We have stayed at the hotel before the room is a good size and the location is great

We stayed for 2 nights .On checking in at 5.30pm we found the air conditioning was not working.The assistant Told us there was a problem that someone looked at it earlier in the day .made a call And was told to reboot the System but it still did not work. We had a sleepless night due to it being quite warm In fairness when we got up that morning we were told the owner offered us a complimentary dinner and that the air con would fixed during the day. We played golf that day and when we returned to our room we were told it was fixed only to find it wasn’t . The repairers came back but could not fix it so we had another restless night. We were not offered any further compensation and asked to pay the full balance It would appear that the problem was known before we checked in and they had 2 days to fix the problem it just was not followed through. I dont think the hotel was fully booked as the car park only had 2 other cars but we were not offered another room. They could have changed the unit from another room but that would probably incurred too much labour so it was easier to let us have a restless night Its a pity because there is not much alternative good accommodation in Mossel Bay. These things happen but i think they could have done more to placate us

We had a lovely night here in a luxuriously comfortable room. The deck with the hot tub and views up the beach is amazing. We felt very safe and its in a quiet neighbourhood. Nicely presented place with lovely staff and a nice breakfast. Catered to my fussy 8 year old, thanks for that! Honesty bar is very cool!
