The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They made us feel at home and always tried their best to help us with our baby. We will definitely come back

This was one of a few places which could accommodate my husband and myself with my adult daughter in the same flat/room at the time. My daughter could go sit and read in the garden down stairs, off reception.

Excellent location. Swimming pool was nice but a small area which fills up at busy times. Staff were friendly.
Had some issues with my air conditioning, weak wifi in parts of the room.

Gute Lage in Seapoint. Strand, Lokale und Supermärkte fußläufig erreichbar. Umgebung war belebt und sicher. Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Die Küchenzeile war ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt.

We were able to check in late which was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great!
The room wasn’t fully clean. The trash was still full from the previous guests and there wasn’t soap filled in the containers.

Very poorly run. No facilities, unresponsive staff. Needs a renovation. Moved to latitude after 1st nights

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. It was in a nice location with good restaurants and cafes nearby and also within walking distance to the beach front.
The included breakfast was of a very good standard. Would recommend others to stay here.

Our stay was particularly pleasurable because of the pleasant, helpful, friendly and extremely friendly straff.

The location is perfect walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops.
They aren’t prepped that great for loadshedding, we had one backup light. The price, location and reception staff makes up for it though.

The service by staff was amazing. I was particularly fond of Asi and Thandi (with the dreadlocks).
The breakfast was lacklustre. Didn’t offer pastries like croissants and hot beverages like flavoured lattes. They should offer a variety of breakfast items. Overall, the food was fresh

These are very minor improvements that can be made and did not effect the enjoyment of my trip: Kitchen needed some tumblers. Fresh milk instead of the sachets. Desk was missing a chair. Better quality soap in shower.

Room was very spacious and clean, had a good view of the ocean and kitchenette had everything required for a short stay. I will however suggest that the hotel provide some bottled water in the room upon check-in.
Provide bottled water upon check in especially for first time guest who are not yet familiar with surroundings and shops around.
