Comfortable rooms, very convenient

Only had plugs at the desk. No plugs next to beds or bathroom

It was a very large room with a very comfortable bed. The open bathroom is tiny, but as there is a separate toilet, it works fine.

The hotel is in a shopping center with Woolworths and other shops. Felt very awkward.

Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Room was clean and well laid out. All amenities I needed were provided. I thought the issues created by load shedding were well managed by the staff under the circumstances. The convenience of having retail shops and restaurants so close to the hotel is a significant added bonus.

My issues were largely outside of the immediate control of the hotel to be fair. Load shedding meant generators had to run, which were very noisy. During load shedding air conditioners could not run which was not great - but, as I say, this is a function of load shedding and was certainly not anything the staff of the hotel could've done anything else about.

I loved the location. There is restaurants and most of the activities are easy to access

There were times the water was not hot

great location, very good quality, great for the traveller who wants a good safe and clean place to rest their head before they go off to explore Cape Town

could have had a few more TV channels. but then again they had Netflix

Steffany and the front desk crew was amazing and welcoming , you wont know Load shedding while staying there
