It was unexpected.the house is very clean, beautiful and have a very nice view.full with amenities and great location

very beautiful apartment with lovely views - tastefully designed and set up
no second set of keys, no advice re emptying of bins, no soap - thankfully arrived early enough and know the area so we could buy - for guests who don’t know the area it would be a problem.
the couches and oven were neat but dusted only - not cleaned down

sea point is not as safe as it used to be however this is not the properties fault. the property is very secure but it would seem it better indoors after darl

The location is very good.
That when we get there TV was not playing channels

The rooms were spacious and clean. The view was fantastic. I love the walks on the promenade. It's close to the shops.
There was nothing I did not like.

Only fair condition. Very old plumbing (working but very noisy), same with frig and washer. Old but clean furniture.
