Eine supertolle und top gestylte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. David war ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir wurden mit Blumen, Wein und div. Leckereien begrüßt. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Für einen Städtetripp perfekt geeignet. Wenn man stressfrei durch Kapstadt kommen möchte, sollte man sich von Uber fahren lassen. Wir haben damit sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht.Die Wohnung liegt in einer sicheren Gegend. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Sea Point Promenade.
Kleine Anmerkung auf hohem Niveau. Das kleine Schlafzimmer hat keine gute Lüftung. Eine Klimaanlage könnte helfen.

Een groot en zeer compleet modern appartement. Aan alles is gedacht. De huurauto kan in de afgesloten parkeergarage worden geparkeerd. Een hele fijne host. Duidelijke instructies bij check in ontvangen. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Mooi en ruim appartement. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is top midden in Seapoint. Gratis parkeren onder het pand. Fijne uitvalbasis voor Kaapstad.

David is a very good host. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped and clean. The area is safe and close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, beaches and waterfront. We highly recommend this place.

The apartment was absolutely stunning, well located, and with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable getaway. Thanks to David who is an incredibly gracious host and really went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay.

The luxury of the stay. It really has everything and even more then you need.
Dishwasher didn’t work during our stay, however this was not the fault of the host. Just a pity because we were 4 people.

David made the entire check in process smooth. Apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, and yet still comfortable. The complimentary shortbread and tea and coffee was just such a generous, welcoming touch. Will definitely stay at Solis again.

Excellent location, very close to Green Point, Sea Point, V & A Waterfront. Walking distance to many restaurants.
The unit was exceptional, clean, comfy and kitted out with every conceivable kitchen utensil. Entertainment system, board games, bathroom soaps and shampoos - all there! The host was terrific, welcoming us with complimentary wine, chocolates, biscuits. Great value for money.

It’s was clean and in a great location.
I was under the impression the check out time was 11am but the owner of the property showed up at 10:26am on checkout day and opened the door himself and entered the property while my self and my guests were still inside.
It was awakened and It felt like we were being rushed to get out, even though I showed the owner the time that checkout is on the booking.com app. It was an uneasy way to end a great birthday weekend.

Very nice, modern 2 bedroom apartment with own bathrooms. Very well equipped and has all you need during your stay. Check in and check out process swift and courteous and communication with the host worked well. Good location near the sea (5 min. walk).

It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Very central. Modern, spacious with a balcony to take in the fresh ocean air. The owner was super helpful and friendly. It had everything we needed and more. The perfect place to stay when visiting Cape Town
