1/ كان حجزي أربع غرف كل غرفتين بينهم كونكت وتم توفيره وفي نفس الدور 2/ النظافة والسعر وجبة الفطور كانت جيده

1/ تأخر في اجراءات الدخول ولم استلم الغرف إلا الساعة أربع (دخولي من الحدود أسهل من إجراءات دخولي الفندق 😂) 2/ أثناء الحجز لم تظهر لي من الشروط لابد من دفع تأمين مقابل كل غرفة 250 ريال دفعتها بالبطاقة وأثناء الخروج لم استلم المبلغ قالوا لي خلال أسبوعين نودعهم في البطاقة (هذا الأمر سيئ جداً لم أعلم فيه تأمين احتمال ما احجز أو أوفر المبلغ كاش

Staff was very nice and dedicated to serve us

Food specially diner was below expectations. AC and room temperature not easy to control always feeling cold even in the pool and sauna.

location, cleanliness , stuff, everything was good .

forget to provide second towel , toothpaste , etc

I have stayed at this hotel for a couple of days before and it was very comfortable and clean, but once I came to stay for one night, they gave me a room where the toilet flush, the kettle and the iron didn’t work. so I thought that was unprofessional because even for one night you need to make an impression and efforts to make me want to come back.

Clean room and very welcoming staff.

I was placed in an interconnecting room, my neighbor was very loud.
