The location was excellent. The interiors were very royal . The breakfast spread was mind blowing . Quality of assistance and service was amazing as well

There’s nothing that I didn’t like

Room is clean and well arranged. Breakfast options are so wide. Pool is as always one of our favorite place in the hotel... very calming and relaxing on a perfect weather.

Nothing... ahhh we have one... weekends are always too short hahahaha!

Directly Access to the mall

First of all room must be ready & checked & all things be in a good condition: 1. Bathroom water has very bad & strong smell coming from pipes !!! And this problem was continued!!! 2. Fridge is not cooling the items for days !!! 3. A/C has noisy and strong sound I couldn’t sleep well !! 4. Reception ladies was talking about me and laughing I didn’t like that!!

The hotel, ambience, staff was so nice and easy access to everything.

location is great, food is very good with healthy options. facilities was great, sauna and steaming room, the gym too. late check out was a nice gesture. pool time till 9 pm better than most hotels.

amenities like coffee capsules, nail cleaver, extra pillow was not applicable. leaking in bathroom, always feel of water. the height of bath tub was too high for me. swimming pool time till 9pm it is ok but better to add one or two more hours.

To start with the front desk staff Salim and Juliana were amazing. They went above and beyond their duties. Salim was extremely helpful and polite and you should have more like Salim. Juliana made sure that our stay is comfortable. She went and showed us the facility in the hotel and she was checking if everything is fine with us. Hat off for Juliana and Salim. The swimming pool was very good

The room during the night is rather dark. The lights are not sufficient.

Very bad and old mattress, my back hurt after staying there afew nights.

at the check in i ask the lady at check in counter i will late check out around 2:00pm . she said ok but they start calling me from 11:30am you need to check out now we are fully book , that is not professional at all
