Mr. Allen and Mr. Sky are a dream team! They made sure my stay was incredible. By far the best hotel management I’ve experienced. I’ll be back!

The place is really good and some of staff were very kind and nice, however they have amazing facilities and the place is located in a very nice and convenient zone. The room was spacey and really good. The spa services are really good and I liked that the pool and gym were open until late
I won't recommend this place, the restaurant service was terrible, the food quality was not good (except the restaurant in the basement that was amazing). E.G the bread was not fresh, the staff in the restaurant was always with long faces and you need to order 2 or 3 times every time

The facility is SO OLD and the room was very poorly ventilated. I felt like I was suffocating. The carpet was so old too and it appeared very dirty. I really hoped better for the Ritz brand but this was way below expectations.
