This is a False advertising. Don't fall for 4 star rating. It's not even a 2 star. They are charging low 4 star rate and offering a 1star property service. Absolutely fraudulent

This hotel should be banned or rate it as a 2 star. They are scamming people who think they are getting a 4 star bargain deal

Water accumulated in the bathroom bathtub

The Hotel was 7 minutes walk to Siam street which is shopping destination, opposite of hotel there are couple of bars with live music which you can spend your evening there. hotel has direct access to Metro line. Breakfast was good and room was clean.

We arrived hotel 7 in the morning , usually hotels which have empty rooms will accept early check in to satisfy the customers. On our case there was available rooms but they charged us for half a night. It was no issue for us to pay but could make us happier and we would rate them 10.

Breakfast is good.. Thai and western breakfast .. I recommend this hotel to everyone..

We been upgraded from standard twin room to superior twin room. We been upsad on our 1st 3 night but when we re check in on 16th April we got upgraded room. We didn't expected. Many thanks.

Not much but need to suggest to keep basic amenities and kettle in every room. Prices can be different depending on views or other facilities.

Staff at the information center were helpful to describe public transportation options and providing information about the surrounding area. The location is very good as next to BTS station and within walking distance of many things. The hotel allowed early check-in. Clean and comfortable room.

Excellent location to shops and train. Pool on level 12 was very clean.

Breakfast wasn’t great and beds and pillows very uncomfortable. Air conditioning seemed to be very cold and had to turn it off during the night. No shade at all around pool area.

Did not realize I had to pay at hotel as I thought I had paid through Booking.com... hotel staff said they have many angry customers with the same problem. Booking.com payment system needs a facelift with a reminder and explanation as to how the customer is paying on the payment page to confirm which option before finally booking.

AT the Bell Desk Watson P remembers me. And was helpful. He even arranged a cab to take me to Navy golf course the next day. We have been using Asia Hotel since 1990. In those days the staff were always helpful with a smile. Not like the front office receptionist I encountered on the day I tried to check in. Grumpy old man pretending he doesn't understand basic English. After I freshen up at the Lobby wash room I went again to the front office manager and showed my request for early check in. She agreed to check me in at 10 although I asked for 9 AM. Meanwhile the Bell captain suggested that I go out for breakfast and foot massage. I accepted his suggestion and off I went out of the hotel. I check in at about 11.30 AM; which was indeed a great relief.

Coming back to Asia Hotel after few years I was faced with an incredibale unwelcoming, grumpy, rude and arrogant male staff. There was no smile nor empathy. These are the sign of downfall in tourism industry. I guess Asia Hotel had its share of glory. New professional managed with client oriented have mushroomed in Bangkok. 2. I fail to understand why the staff from the Hotel suggest to take a Foot/body Massage at the back lane of the Hotel. Not worth it and charges 300Bath an hour, while on the main road next to the hotel you get a clean and wonderful massage and cost just 200 Bath. I stumbled into this client friendly Thai/Foot massage and went twice. Anyone checking in to this good Old hotel; walk out of the front door and proceed 50 steps on your right and there you will get fantastic massage (Foot & Thai).

My room is not included for breakfast, it’s suggested included breakfast will be better, because most of the times we need go for tour was morning, can’t eat a lot breakfast, they charge for $300 was too expensive.
