The hotel is very close to the ski area. Nice room with a balcony facing the mountain. Very nice breakfast with lots of choices. Very helpful staff. They helped us get ski passes and we could store our bags for an entire day.

The beds were a bit hard and the pillows strange.

The hotel was fantastic very accommodating we changed our booking from the Sunday to the Friday night. Booking .com failed big time saying that the booking could not be changed we went anyway and the hotel were great they had changed the booking that morning

Cosy rooms with decent amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and restauration options very recommendable. Quiet nights, good sleep.

Rooms look and feel a tad older. On-site parking is limited.

After 2 times staying at this hotel, I can surely say that it's totally worth it. Location is great and the service is spot on. Very helpful personnel. It's a rather small hotel so don't expect a big breakfast buffet, but they have a really good selection and can prepare some bacon and eggs on demand. Wifi works great in the room. If you book a room that has river/Mountain view but it wasn't by choice don't worry, the windows are sound proof so the constant river sound won't bother you at night.

Balcony would definitely need some remodeling though. Table and chairs look old and are a bit uncomfortable. Rest of the room as cozy, bathroom was very good although I would've preferred that the shower had a little bit more water pressure.

Having stayed before we knew what to expect. The room has a nice view over the roaring river and the breakfast is good. All the staff speak very good English which helps.

The evening meal in the restaurant was good but not as good as on a previous trip.

The location of the hotel is near to the El Tarter - Grandvalira ski area, roughly 5 minutes walk! Overall is clean, comfortable, value for money, and lastly, friendly staff!
